1. Girls....we have seen several people saying that we should not wash our hair frequently...Maybe once in a week!!! But say a big NO to this! The frequency of your hair wash depends greatly on the type of hair you have....
If your hair is dry.... Then try extending your washes and oiling is a must. If your hair is oily, then try washing at an interval of 3 to 4 day...because oily hair is a big place for microbes to dwell in. And If your hair is normal, go for hair a hair wash at your own will...

2. When it comes to oiling, we all try to avoid it right? But let me tell you that, oiling your hair for long hours can actually make your hair roots soft and thus more hairfall while shampooing...And we end up changing shampoo thinking that it was to hold the reason for hair fall!...Apply oil for about 1 to 2 hours before washing your hair.

8. Shampoo at roots make them dry and conditioner at scalp make scalp dry.

9. Tight hairstyle pull your hair back and so nerves which in a long term can lead to severe headaches and bald patches.

10. Make a normal 3 strand loose braid rather open hair or ponytail at night to prevent hair breakage.
