HELLO LOVELY HUMANS. I AM HERE AGAIN WITH A NEW TOPIC WHICH IS DIET FOR WEIGHT LOSS. THIS IS MY 2ND CHAPTER PERTAINING DIET. IF YOU HAVEN'T CHECKED THE PREVIOUS ONE, THEN DO SO BECAUSE IT CONSISTS OF THE EXPLANATION OF THE NEED OF THE DIET. SO WITHOUT ANY FURTHER ADO, LET'S SEE THE DIET CHART.

1. WARM WATER (WAKE UP)

2. GREEN TEA (AFTER 15 MIN)

3. AFTER 30 TO 45 MIN CURD + 1 FRUIT
(APPLE OR PAPAYA OR POMEGRANATES OR CUCUMBER OR GUAVA)
(DO NOT EAT BANANA OR GRAPES)

4. MID MORNING SNACK AFTER 1 AND HALF HOUR- LEMON WATER OR COCONUT WATER

5. LUNCH BY 1.30 PM. (SALAD IS MUST. INCORPORATE ONIONS, CUCUMBER AND TOMATOES. LEMON ALSO IF NEEDED)
CURD AND 1 CUP COOKED RICE
OR
SAMBAR AND 1 CUP COOKED RICE
OR
PULSES AND 1 CUP RICE COOKED AND SABJI (CURRY)

6. 3PM- 1 FRUIT

7. TEA + 2 BISCUITS (TEA WITHOUT SUGAR. BISCUITS SHOULD BE SUGARFREE)

8. 6PM
POHA
OR
SPROUTS CHAT
OR
PANCAKES OF OATS
OR
ROASTED PUFFRICE

9. BY 8.30 PM, DINNER IS A MUST.
DALIAH + 1 PAPAD
OR
1 CHAPATI + SABJI OR PULSES

10. BY 10.30 DRINK GOLDEN MILK (HALDI KA DOODH) WITHOUT SUGAR.
