Hello all......I am here sharing with you about one of your most wanted topic 'GLOWING SKIN'.
People use so many beauty products to get good skin....but what's the use...it's not real....makeup is just a layer of illusion of our outer beauty.
Studies say that a Glowing skin is the thing which has to be achieved to become attractive. And to get a glowing skin, home remedies are the only thing which can become our best friend.
(a few upcoming chapters will be based on this topic itself)
So here are of the TIPS which we can start following in order to achieve a glowing skin....so without any further ado, let's begin....

1. The major cause of skin aging, drying, wrinkless that too in early ages is quite common nowadays due to a huge rush of our common lives and STRESS. So as I say in most of the chapters, STOP TAKING EXTRA STRESS. Although we all are bound with duties and many responsibilities in our lives, but we can at least reduce our stress by getting enough sleep, and meditating

2. you can try out different YOGA postures as they are also effective in a glowing skin

3. I have seen a lot of people giving unrealistic advice. SO STOP LISTENING TO THOSE WHO SAY WE SHOULD NOT WASH OUT FACE SO MUCH AS IT MAKES OUR SKIN DRY!!!! This statement does not make any sense. The key to a glowing skin is to remove the dirt, oil and pollutants. So at least 3 times a day (minimum) you should wash your face.

4. Try herbal FACE GLOWING face washes according to your skin type. If you have oily then choose face wash accordingly. Selecting the wrong face wash can hinder your journey towards glowing skin.

5. Massage your face home made face packs (my next chapters are going to be based on this topic itself) at least once a week

6. You can try serum sheet masks. These masks are also very effective and hydrate your skin.

7. Keep drinking water( 2 TO 3 L)...it will keep you hydrated.
DO NOT DRINK TOO MUCH WATER A DAY...CONSUMPTION OF EXCESS WATER CAN CAUSE KIDNEY PROBLEMS

8. Go for a step by step skin cleansing procedures. eg:
1. Face Scrubs
2. Face Wash
3. Toner or even moisturizer

9. If you have dry skin, moisturizing is a must

10. Check out your products and stay away from harsh chemicals

11. STEAM TREATMENT!!... Go for a steam treatment at least twice a week....

12. Eat fruits and vegetables with lots of antioxidants in it. Indian Gooseberry is absolutely superb. Intake of 1 Indian Gooseberry can make your skin glowing, hair strong and boost up immunity. Vitamin C is needed to produce collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the skin.

13. Do go to a dermatologist in case of acne, skin hyperpigmentation issues etc.

14. You are beautiful! Stop the OVERUSE OF MAKEUP PRODUCTS. Especially have a look on the ingredients while switching your products...and do not use local or expired ones.
