It has been long since I have uploaded chapters. In this new year, I thought why not to share a diet chart with you? It's not that tough of course! I know you guys are big foodies so I am gonna first update a diet plan and then I will be updating some tips with which you can control you weight even after eating high calories. So stay tuned!
1. RIGHT AFTER WAKING UP, DRINK 1 GLASS OF WARM WATER. IT WILL HELP TO DETOXIFY YOUR BODY AND ELIMINATING THE WASTES. YOU CAN ALSO TAKE ALMONDS SOAKED IN WATER OVERNIGHT AS IT CAN BENEFIT YOUR BODY A LOT.
2. WE ARE GONNA DIVIDE THE BREAKFAST INTO 3 PARTS.
i. RIGHT AFTER THE INTAKE OF WATER, WAIT FOR SOME 15-30 MIN WHEN YOU CAN FRESHEN UP YOURSELF, YOU CAN TAKE TEA+2 BISCUITS.
NOW, THE TEA CAN BE ANYTHING- GREEN TEA, BLACK TEA OR MILK TEA. YOU CAN ALSO TAKE BLACK COFFEE IF YOU ARE A COFFEE PERSON. NOW, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ADD ANY SUGAR IN IT AS SUGAR IS LITERALLY DANGEROUS OKAY? SO YOU CAN TAKE SWEETENERS IF YOU WANT. YOU CAN USE JAGGERY ALSO AND IT'S HEALTHY TOO.
NOW, IF YOU WANT BISCUITS, THEN MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE ONES WITH LOW CALORIES AND FAT LEVELS. DO NOT MAKE THE NO. OF BISCUITS MORE THAN 2.
ii. THE MAIN PART OF THE BREAKFAST IS AFTER 45 TO 1 HR OF OUR FIRST PART. HERE YOU HAVE OPTIONS BECAUSE THIS IS LIKE THE MAIN PART OF OUR BREAKFAST WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT. IN CASE, YOU SKIP THE FIRST PART, MAKE SURE TO TAKE THE 2ND (THIS) AS IT IS A VERY IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY.
OPTIONS ARE:-
FRUIT SALAD
OATS+CURD+2 FRUITS
OATS+ MILK
1 SANDWICH (USE BROWN BREADS. 1 TO 2 LOAFS OF BREAD CAN BE TAKEN. YOU CAN ADD VEGES, FRUITS OR ANY LEAFY VEGETABLE. BUT MAKE SURE IT'S HEALTHY)
OAT PORRIDGE.
iii. THIS IS USUALLY THE MID-DAY BREAKFAST WHICH IS A FAT-CUTTER DRINK. THIS MUST BE TAKEN AFTER 2 HRS OF PART 2. YOU NEED TO TAKE LEMON-HONEY WATER. MAKE SURE IT'S WARM WATER.
3. TIME FOR LUNCH GUYS! I CAN'T MAKE YOU'LL STARVE IN LUNCH FOR THE DELICIOUS DISHES. SO EAT IT BETWEEN 12 NOON TO 1 PM. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T OVEREAT! TAKE SMALL QUANTITIES OF WHATEVER YOU EAT UNTIL YOU ARE FULL. MAKE SURE IT'S HEALTHY OF COURSE. AND NO JUNK FOOD ALLOWED!
4. DO NOT TAKE A NAP AFTER LUNCH BECAUSE THIS NAP IS THE ONE OF THE MANY REASONS OF WEIGHT GAIN.
5. AFTER AN HOUR OR SO OF LUNCH. DRINK 1 GLASS OF WARM WATER WHICH IS GONNA ACT LIKE A FAT CUTTER.
6. IF IN CASE YOU ARE HUNGRY, YOU CAN TAKE 1 CUBE OF DARK CHOCOLATE (NO SWEET)
7. AT 5 PM GO FOR YOU TEA TIME WHERE YOU CAN TAKE TEA WITH DRY FRUITS OR 2 BISCUITS. AGAIN LOW CALORIE ONE. THIS TEA CAN BE GREEN TEA, BLACK TEA OR MILK TEA. YOU CAN ALSO TAKE BLACK COFFEE IF YOU ARE A COFFEE PERSON. NOW, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ADD ANY SUGAR IN IT. SO YOU CAN TAKE SWEETENERS IF YOU WANT. YOU CAN USE JAGGERY ALSO AND IT'S HEALTHY TOO.
9. THIS IS OPTIONAL. IF YOU ARE HUNGRY, THEN GO FOR SPROUTS( RECIPE IS ALREADY THERE) OR PUFFED RICE OR SIMPLY BLACK COFFEE AS SNACKS.
8. TAKE DINNER BETWEEN 8PM TO 9PM STRICTLY. YOU NEED TO TAKE REALLY LIGHT FOOD. IT CAN BE 1 CHAPATI OR 1 CUP OF RICE. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE WITHER COOKED PULSES OR 1 SABJI AS THE SIDE DISH. NOT BOTH.
9. HALF AN HOUR BEFORE SLEEPING, YOU CAN DRINK 1 GLASS OF GOLDEN MILK. IT WILL CLEAN YOUR STOMACH AND HELP YOU WITH SLEEP TOO.
