WE ALL MUST BEEN KNOWING WHAT IS A BALANCED DIET RIGHT? A DIET WHICH CONTAINS ALL THE ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS LIKE FATS, PROTEINS, CARBOHYDRATES AND VITAMINS AND MINERALS.

NUTRIENTS ARE OF PROFOUND IMPORTANCE BECAUSE IT HELPS US TO GROW AND REPAIR OURSELVES. IT HELPS US TO BOOST UP OUR IMMUNITY AND THUS THWART ILLNESS IN A BODY. IT KEEPS US FULL AND ENERGETIC. LACK OF NUTRIENTS IN ONE'S BODY IS ACCOMPANIED BY DEFICIENCY DISEASES WHICH CAN BE VERY HARMFUL. THUS PROPER DIET AND ROUTINE CAN HELP US STAY HEALTHY AND BE YOUNG AND ENERGETIC. THE MOST IMPORTANT BENEFIT IS THAT IT MAINTAINS OUR WEIGHT HEALTHY.

"WEIGHT" THIS WORD ITSELF IS SO HEAVY THAT CAN CURB OURSELVES INTO SERIOUS TENSION. AND TENSION IS AN EVIL. SO STOP WORRYING ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT RIGHT NOW AS MAINTAINING IT IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO.

SO WE CAN JUST BRING SLIGHT CHANGES IN OUR DAILY EATING HABITS WHERE ONE WILL EVEN LOSE WEIGHT BUT WILL HAVE EXTREMELY LOW CHANCES OF PUTTING IT UP AGAIN. (COMMENT IF YOU HAVE GAINED WEIGHT IN LOCKDOWN...LOL)

1. AFTER WAKING UP 1 GLASS WARM WATER (GOOD FOR STOMACH. HOT WATER BURNS FAT)

2. WARM LEMON WATER WITH HONEY (ALSO BUILDS UP IMMUNITY)(20 MIN AFTER HOT WATER)

3. FOR BREAKFAST CAN HAVE ANYTHING EATEN BETWEEN 9AM TO 11 AM IS BURNED UP BY THE MORNING CHORES
YOU CAN HAVE
CARROT CHAPATI
TEA (NO SUGAR. CAN USE LITTLE SWEETENER IF NEEDED) AND 1 LOAF OF BREAD
1 LOAF OF BREAD WITH PEANUT OR ALMOND BUTTER
UPMA
POHA
OMELETTE
OATS PANCAKE
OATS RAITA (IMMUNITY BOOSTER)

4. MID MORNING SNACK- 1 FRUIT (1 AND HALF HR AFTER BREAKFAST)

5. LUNCH (1 TO 2 HR AFTER MID MORNING SNACK)
1 CUP RICE FOR RICE EATERS OR 2 CHAPATIS FOR CHAPATI EATERS
AND PULSES AND VEGETABLES
DO NOT EAT EXCESS

6. 4 HOURS AFTER LUNCH YOU CAN HAVE TEA AND 2 BISCUITS

7. 1 HOUR AFTER TEA, IS EVENING SNACK
CAN HAVE
PUFF RICE
SPROUTS CHAT
1 SANDWICH (1 BREAD)
PANCAKE

8. DINNER BEFORE 9PM. AGAIN 1 CHAPATI

9. TURMERIC MILK (1HR AFTER DINNER)

NOTES.
1. CAN HAVE BLACK COFFEE OR GREEN TEA
2. HOT WATER CAN BE TAKEN
4. YOU CAN TAKE SOME JAGGERY IF WANTED SOME SWEET
5. 2 TO 3 L WATER MINIMUM IS COMPULSORY
6. 8 HRS MINIMUM SLEEP
7. STOP STARVING.
