okay so today my dad showed me what was coming in the mail today, and it was a letter addressed to me... like i have said before, i wrote lin-manuel miranda a fan letter five months ago, and i guess today it finally came from new york this is INSANEEEEEE
so, i actually got a response!!! that's crazy.

you'll notice he said nothing about the shadow program at all. of course, i expected that. and looking back on this letter a couple months later, i honestly feel like that was for the better. putting this guy in another leadership position 😃
he doesn't need to be in charge of changing people's lives. i would love to continue this mission of creating a program but maybe with someone else instead.
but, this is proof that crazy things do happen. it sounds probably really weird coming from me and in such a random circumstance, but don't be afraid to follow your dreams, even if nobody supports you, you should go for it!
it feels like nobody believes in you sometimes. just know that there are people who DO. and i believe in you 100%. you can do anything you put your mind to
