Jennifer's POV

" Hey ! Wake up you douche ! " I said as I slightly teased Nate .

He opened his eyes and yawned while stretching his arms out . He ran his fingers through his hair and furrowed his eyebrows at me .

" Wh - Where am I ? " he said

" You got into a car accident three weeks ago and you just works up . You're in the hospital ... " I said

For some reason he kept staring at me . I didn't know what to do .

" Yo , wazzap , buddy ? " jake said as he lightly punched Nate in the arm .

" Who are you ? " he said .

" Haha , Nate ... The joke's over now . It's not good to be in all that stress by joking off . In fact we've been waiting pretty long for you to get your ass off that hospital bed . " Jake replied

" Actually , that's what we've ALL been waiting for . " I said

" Sorry it took so long but who are you ? Seriously ... I want to speak to my father . " he said still playing with his own hair .

" I'm going to get Steph . " Jake told me as he kissed me on the cheek and left out of the door.

" Can somebody please tell me what's going on ? " He asked

" I think you lost your memory . " I said awkwardly .

Nate put his head down on the bed and sat there struggling .

The doors busted open and Stephanie was crying tears of joy .

She bawled like a baby and came close to him .

" Who the fuck are you ? " Nate said as he pushed Stephanie away

" Okay ... I might've lost my memory or whatever but this ? " He added pointing at Stephanie . " This is the most disgusting bullshit . Look at her hair , her weird glasses and those clothes are so from the 90's mix matched with the 80's which doesn't even go together . "

" Nate , you're being rude . " I said .

" Just go away ... " he said to Steph

" What do you mean ' go away ' ? " She said .

" Leave ... DUH ... Anyways ... Your names ? " He said

" I'm Jennifer ... Stephanie's friend and Jake is Stephanie's best friend and my boyfriend . " I said

" Stop taking her name ... Prove that you are my friend . " he ordered

Jake flipped out his phone and took out the group picture of us three before the accident and showed it to Nate .

" Okay ... Umm ... Jen ? " he said confused looking at Jakes phone .

" YES ! OMG ! Good ... You remember me right ? " I asked

" So that means you obviously know how we met right ? " I added .

" No ... " he said

" What the fuck ? " Jake screamed out

" Oh yeah ... You're still here ... Leave me be . " Nate said directing towards Stephanie .

God ... Later I talked to the doctors and they said he might've bumped his head causing a slight memory loss ... He will remember all of us in a short amount of time . But they said there are some things he might not remember ... My goal is to get him to remember Steph...

I explained everything to Stephanie and we tried showing him a bunch of things that might jog up his memory ... But those were the small things .., they weren't working ... That was plan a but there can't be a plan a if they isn't a plan b ...

STEPHANIES POV

This isn't fair ... Whatever we do , he doesn't remember me . He hates me ... I wore the clothes that he used to like , I played summertime sadness and sang it it and same goes for the song let her go ... I tried everything ... But ... Plan B is still left to happen ... Please work ...

Sometimes in life ... Being a nerd is cool ... Nerds ? Yeah , we got the power .
