Chapter four

STEPHANIE'S POV

I woke up at my bed . I stay in the hostel which is about fifteen minutes from the hostel by walking , but hostel is kind of like my own home to me . At my real home , my father takes care of me and it sucks . He never talks or anything . Mom is on a business trip . She'll be back only on the 22nd of March . It's hard for me to study when my dad's home , drunk and lying on the couch and burping while watching football . That's why I stay in hostel .

So , yeah , I woke up terribly .

I heard a voice .

" Hey ... wake up ! This is really important . " It sounded like a guy .

" Come on ! Wake up ! "

I pulled his arm thinking it was Jake and I had him lie down like we used to do when he would come over when we were in the second grade .

" Umm ... can you let go ... I kind of need to tell you something important ! "

I said fine and I listened to him in half sleep .

" Your trouble got us in a sticky situation here ! " I was confused .

" HEY NERD ! "

Then I realized that the person there to 'comfort' me was Nate Lynn ... As if things couldn't get ANY worse ?!

I quickly got up and said " I thought you were Jake ! No other boys come to visit me anyway ! "

" Whatever ... Have you seen the video posted ? " He started to say .

" Yeah I saw it . It seems pretty realistic , but you and I both know it isn't . " I said

" But my reputation ! What about that ? "

" It's not always about YOU ! "

" Listen , you can keep the jacket , you can wear it if you want , but don't come tell me that your reputation as a ' GOOD GIRL " will get ruined ! " He said trying to scare me .

" Come on ! It's just a stupid video . How popular could it get ? "

" It already has 12,053 and counting ... listen ' Steph ' or whatever , what do I do if I can't get Jess back ? "

" That's what you deserve for doing all that stupid shit to me . "

Nate interrupted me with his shocked face .

" What ?! " He exclaimed 

" That's what you deserve for doing all that stupid shit to me . " I repeated

" Did you just say shit ? "

" Yeah "

" Oh my god ! I am so sorry , I think I have the wrong Stephanie . Highpony ? Shorts ? Words like shit ? Oh my fucking god ! I should've known ! " He shouted mocking me

" Oh grown up Nate ! " I said as I blushed and laughed .

Nate brushed his hair with his fingers as I stared at him .

" Dont you think you've caused enough trouble ? " I asked 

" No . Just one more thing to do . " He replied . 

" What ? " I asked 

" No no no ... just 3 more . " He added .

" What are they ? " I asked out of curiousity .

" Number one - Get this issue solved . Two - Create a new one and Three - Ehh ... you will figure this one out in time . " 

" How much time ? " I asked while chuckling a bit as his devil smirk .

" Oh ... it wont take long . " He said as he stuck his pierced tongue out .

" You little son of a bi - Nevermind ! Umm ... leave me alone now . I should get rest . My head is still aching . " I said trying to mock his style 

" Okay " He said as he reached for the door knob of my room . Just was he was about to leave , he turned around and said " You're not that bad , Stephanie Grace ... "

From inside , I kinda wanted him to stay . I mean , Jake can't visit me because he has practice . Nor can he visit me when school isn't open yet . No , I dont like him . I just want company because if he leaves ... I am stuck with a room , a phone and bad internet connection . He was irritating , but quite the entertainment .

I fell asleep and woke up the next morning and wore a shirt and overalls that came all the way to my ankles to stay warm and I tied my hair up and headed to school wearing the same jacket with his name blurred out a bit cause water and a scrubber didnt fully do the job . But that was enough to irritate him . I grabbed a breakfast bar from inside the school fridge and walked in . It was terrible .
