"Do you guys think Slughorn was hot when he was younger?" Marlene asked curiously, walking with her friends to Potions. They slowed down their steps to look at Marlene in concern, but Marlene's expression remained the same.

"No offense, Mar," Lily started. "But are you alright?"

"Not really," Marlene said. "I'm really tired. I got three hours of sleep last light finishing a missing potions essay so I'm currently staying awake on caffeine."

Estella actually thought about it for a while. "No but wait, there's no way he could've been hot when he
was—"

"Okay, let's not." Lily interrupted. "What essay were you missing? I would've helped you, you know."

Marlene stopped and looked her dead in the eyes. "I did ask you. And you scolded me!"

"Well—"

"Hello, ladies!" Interrupted the voice of James and Sirius. James, wrapping his arm of the right side of the friend group, Lily. And Sirius, wrapping the left side of the group, Estella. Remus stood walking next to James without any contact. Meanwhile, Alice was blushing at a piece of paper she was reading in her hand.

Estella groaned, but didn't shove Sirius' arm off this time, meanwhile, Lily did to James.

"Any idea what we're learning today?" James asked.

"I know, but I'm not completely sure." Remus replied. "I guess we'll just have to wait until we get to class to make sure. Some kids from the other classes told me."

"Hey, Alice, what're you blushing for?" James grin turned into a subtle smirk. Alice grinned and tucked the note in her pocket. "Let me guess.. Longbottom?"

Alice hesitantly nodded, her lips forming into a smile.

"What's it say?" Sirius questioned curiously, looking over Estella's shoulder before Estella slapped his arm.

"Stop being so nosy." Estella scolded, making Sirius pout and mock her.

"Stop being so nosy!" Sirius mocked, before Estella shot him a death glare, quickly making him shut his mouth. She then noticed a familiar set of blonde hair walking their way up to the group.

"Estella!" Olivia said breathlessly, trying to catch her breath. "I'm— I'm— Sorry.. about your— birthday."

"Olivia, how many times do I have to tell you?" Estella laughed, rethinking how many times Olivia had apologized for what happened on her birthday. "It's alright! It's not a big deal. You don't have to apologize."

"Oh, sorry for— I just felt really bad and I— Sorry, I keep apologizing— Oh, I did it again, didn't I?" Olivia rambled.

The group laughed, but Remus grinned the hardest looking at the girl he admired most.

"Hey, Liv," Marlene asked. "Where's Uncle Ricky on the wedding dates?"

The group looked at the two blondes in confusion, wondering why Marlene had just asked that.

"He said you guys were postponing a few years, aren't you? Because of.." Olivia trailed off.

"Yep.." Marlene's lips formed into a line.
