"Peter why are you really here?" You ask knowing he's lying.
"Okay fine Liz wanted me to distract you to get you to take a break from studying." He admitted with a sigh of defeat.
"Alright where's ned?"
"Oh he fell asleep he was really tired" You nod along and step out of the way.
"Well, come on in but if I'm being honest with you I'm not really studying" You tell him as you return to your bed.
"What are you doing then?" He questions following you into the room.

"I'm trying to track someone down in Washington to help my uh ... my grandpa Phil" You half lie.
"Who are you searching for?" He asks looking over your screen.
"My uncle Hunter and aunt Bobbie were kidnapped in the area I was told to help find them"
"Have you tried tracking their cell phones?" Peter suggests.
"Of course I've tried that. I'm currently hacking all cameras in the area of their last known location to find any clue as to where they could be but while that's loading, are you ready for the competition tomorrow?" You ask setting aside your laptop.
"Yeah I'm ready, but I should probably study some more" Peter responded with a shrug.
"I can quiz you if you'd like"
"Yeah that would be great thanks"
"What is the first element on the periodic table?" You ask him.
"That's easy" he laughs.
"Just answer the question Parker" you laugh along.
"It's hydrogen" he states proudly before laughing again at the simple question.
"Alright next ques—" you are suddenly cut off by your laptop beeping. You quickly pull it onto your lap to see what's the matter.
"What's wrong?" Peter asked looking over nervously to see what the noise was about.
"I found something" You say looking at the last footage of your aunt and uncle before the scene cuts and they are gone.

"Hold on what just happened?" Peter questioned noting their sudden disappearance.
"Give me a second" you tell him as you rewind the clip and pause it before they disappear. In the image you see Bobbi and Hunter ready to fight and in the corner you see a figure. You zoom in on the person in the corner as they have their back to the corner, when you notice the familiar logo on their back. "Hydra" You state with fear. "I have to call someone give me a minute" You stand up and walk across the room to make your call.
"Hey Coulson I got a lead, they were last seen about two hours ago near this hotel outside of a cafe. In the security footage they disappear after it cuts out so I think someone else hacked the footage but in the image right before it cuts out there was a person standing in the corner, but get this they had a hydra logo on their back." You explain over the phone.
"Listen to me carefully y/n, we need your help on this mission your the closest one and we can't risk sending out any other agents because the government is after us as usual." Coulson said a seriousness to his tone.

"Yes sir I'll find them ASAP" You nod before turning off my phone.
"What was that all about?" Peter asked pulling you out of your train of thought.
"Oh um that was just my grandpa he told me he will call the police to handle the situation" You lie to the boy looking at you. "Anyway it's getting late I should get some rest before our big day tomorrow you should too" You tell him as you start pushing him out.
"What about quizzing me?" He asks before You shut the door in his face. You sigh as You lean your back against the door.
"This is not how I wanted this trip to go" You tell yourself, standing up. You quickly write a note telling Liz you went out to get toothpaste from the store so you might be back late. Then you started to gear up, although you didn't have any super suit or armour you tied up your sneakers and got dressed in comfortable clothes to move around in. With that you grabbed your icer and snuck out the window.
You decided to start at the scene of their disappearance but when you got there nothing seemed different, there was no clues that a fight ever happened. "That was until you stepped on something, you picked it up and noted the familiar craftsmanship of your father. It was experimental tracking tech that could lead you to their location. You hooked the device up to your phone causing it to give you directions to the other half of the set which you were hoping was wherever Bobbi and Hunter were being held.
You followed the map on your phone to an old abandoned warehouse. "Well this seems like a typical bad guy hideout" you state before sneaking in through a broken window, knowing that it could be a trap.
