We got back to school at break, Bonnie was sitting with Justin on the steps when Mum pulled into the car park.
"Are you telling people?" She asked.
"No, I'm going to tell a few people and see what happens," I whispered, opening the car door and stepping onto the yard. People were looking at me and whispering to eachother, I was confused. Both Bonnie and Justin walked over to me.
"Is it true?" Justin asked, grabbing my hand.
"Is what true?" I smirked confused.
"Are you really pregnant, six months pregnant?" He replied. I froze on the spot and I felt eyes hitting me like bullets.
"Who told you that?" I whispered.
"Fairchild, he heard you talking to Miss Hutchinson," Bonnie told me.
"He had no right," I gasped.
"So it's true? You really are pregnant?" Justin whispered quite sympathetically. My head was pounding and I needed to sit down and have a drink of water. I felt like I was going to collapse.
"Is Scott the Dad?" Bonnie asked, what was it with her? I know she only wanted to help but what was with all the questions. I shook my hand from Justins and shot into the building, even inside everyone was looking at me and I felt really intimidated. Scott would be in the cooler because he was being punished for shouting what he did in English. I stormed along the corridor as fast as I could, ignoring everyone who was in my path. I headed up the stairs and into the cooler which was two floors up.
"What the hell have you been saying about me?" I shouted at Scott who was sitting in the second row. No teachers were in the room and he was unsupervised.
"Am I the dad? The dates add up I've spent all morning adding it up," Scott asked, standing up and walking towards me.
"Ovcourse you're not, do you really think I'd be that stupid? Even if you were I wouldn't let you two hundred miles of my son," I shriked and he grabbed my arm.
"Get off," I hissed.
"Don't get so full of yourself, you're just a cheap and nasty little girl," He scowled.
"Cheap enought to have it off with you," I smirked, opening the door and walking back out.

The bell rung and I made my way to History with Miss McFall, everyone looked at me when I walked in like I had something on my face. I took a seat at the back of the classroom where I usually sat. Bonnie slowly walked in and sat beside me, saying nothing for a few seconds.
"This is the french and the geography work you missed this morning," Bonnie explained, pointing to the blue book for the french and the green book for the geography. She tucked them neatly into my bag, she was taking ages to say something else and I turned and looked at her.
"What are you doing?" I asked, looking at what she was holding in her hand.
"What did your Mum say?" She whispered.
"She looked shocked at first, but she told me that she wasn't one to judge. I'm having a boy," I smiled, it felt right to tell her and I hoped she would be as supportive as my Mum was.
"That's great," Bonnie laughed, putting her hand on mine.
"Sinead," Darren shouted across the classroom. I looked up to let him know I was listening.
"You pregnant?" He asked and the room fell silent.
"Yeah," I quietly replied.
"Is that new lad the Dad?" He then asked and a few of the class sniggered like two year olds.
"I bet he told you that didn't he? If I was having off spring with him, I'd probably hang myself," I smirked and Bonnie laughed.
"We believe you, don't worry," Rhiannon Salt smiled, she was the girl I bumped into yesterday on my way to the toilets. Just then Miss McFall walled into the classroom and I took the scan photo out of Bonnie's hand and put them in my pocket.
"Silence everybody," Miss McFall shouted, clapping her hands three times.
"Miss can I please go to the toilet?" I asked, raising my hand before I asked it.
"Certainly Miss Hutchinson," Miss grinned and I left my bag in the classroom. I walked down the corridor and up the stairs into Mrs Mulgrew's room. I looked into her classroom and she was sitting at her desk alone. I knocked on the door and she waved me to go in.
"Well?" She said.
"She took it well, she's been in my place so she's not one to judge," I explained. She nodded her head and smiled.
"Ring your Grandma," She suggested, passing me the phone.
"I've not got her number on me," I moaned.
"I saved it in my contacts," She smiled.
"Under what?" I asked.
"Sinead's Grandma," She told me.
I scrolled down her contacts and looked for the word 'Sinead', which gave it away.
"Is this it?" I asked, showing her the phone screen. Mrs nodded and the dial tone seem to go on forever.

*Phone Call*

Joyce: Hello?
Sinead: Grandma, it's Sinead!
Joyce: Sinead! How are you keeping?
Sinead: Remember what I told you the week before I left?
Joyce: I remember.
Sinead: I told Lorna, she wasn't angry at all.
Joyce: I've told you once I've told you one hundred times. If you give that baby away you'll never forgive yourself.
Sinead: I wouldn't, I couldn't! You know what I've been through, I wouldn't put my child through what Lorna put me through.
Joyce: I'm glad to hear it.
Sinead: It's a boy!
Joyce: I'll have to go shopping, send some clothes over!
Sinead: Thanks Grandma!
Joyce: I'll have to head off, I'm pretty tied up at the moment.
Sinead: Alright, speak soon!

*Phone Call*

"Thank you," I beamed.
"Anytime," She smiled.
"I've got history with McFall now, so I'll have to go," I explained.
"No problem, good luck," Mrs Mulgrew smiled and I closed the door behind me and walked back down the stairs.
