Audrey and Peyton's Townhouse, Los Angeles, California, Saturday, October 15, 2039

6 months earlier, Audrey and Peyton suffered the loss of their baby girl, Bayleigh Nevaeh at 24 weeks pregnant. They struggled a lot at first, but therapy and talking to each other about their feelings really helped them recover from the heartbreak and pain they've been feeling. They were finally able to pack up her nursery, which helped them move on from the stillbirth. Dani, Audrey's cousin is currently 25 weeks along, six months pregnant with her daughter, Sadie Marie Rivers.

Peyton had a surprise for his wife. They really deserve a vacation. Just the two of them. He decided to book a resort in Miami, Florida and they would just relax. No work, no stress, no worrying, none of that. Just the two of them, on the beach, at the pool, drinking margarita's. He had a week off of work, so he just decided to book it, as a surprise to his wife. A second honeymoon, if you may put it that way. They have been through so much and it's only been a year since they got married. They say the first year of marriage is the hardest, and they proved that right.

He saw her walk into their townhouse after having lunch with Penelope, their neighbor of 10 years. "Hey beautiful. How was lunch with Penelope?"

"It was great. She can talk for hours. She has been all over the place in the past few months. She just wanted to see how I was doing..." She walked over to her husband. "What have you been up to?"

Peyton chuckles, smiling at his wife. "Well, I have a surprise for you."

"You do? What?" She asks her husband.

He nods, grabbing the plane tickets and handed to her. Audrey's eyes widened as she looked at them. "Are you freaking serious?"

Peyton nodded his head. "I'm dead serious. We're going to Florida tonight, so go pack."

Audrey wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed his cheek. "Oh! I love you!" She says excitedly as she runs to their bedroom and grabbed her suitcase, put the suitcase on their bed and opens it. She grabs her tank tops, crop tops, shorts, bras and underwear, bikini's, sunscreen and her makeup bag. She started packing everything into her suitcase and then grabbed her flip flops and put those in there too. As she was finishing, Peyton started his own packing. He packs his shirts, shorts, flip flops, bathing suits and they will add their toothbrush, brushes, and some other small things before leaving at 5PM.

Around five o-clock, their Uber arrived and they were off to LA Airport. Once they got to the airport, they headed through security and check in, and after doing that, they headed over to grab coffees and then waited for their gate to be called. As they waited, Audrey turned to her husband.

"So, we're having another honeymoon, huh?"

He chuckles. "If you want to put this as one, then yes. We are. We definitely deserve it with what our year has been, Auds."

Audrey nodded slowly. "That's really true. It's actually been one hell of a year for us."

"Yeah, it has been really difficult for us both. We've been doing really well in therapy and I think this will help too. The whole point of this trip is to find ourselves again. We may not find our old selves again, but we've changed throughout our loss..."

She agreed by nodding her head and grabbing his hand. "Yeah, we have. We're not the same people we were six months ago."

He squeezed her hand. "No, we're not. I'm happy we'll be able to just relax and not have to stress about anything..."

Soon, their flight was called and they headed off to Florida.

Once they landed in Miami, Florida, the married couple got into a rental car and then headed off to their hotel. Once at the hotel, they headed over to the front desk to check in. After checking in, they headed up to their room, put their suitcases down and then took a minute to enjoy the beautiful view that was the beach. It was now around 10:00PM now in Florida so Peyton just suggested they order room service for dinner and change into their pajamas.
