Shopping Trip (The weekend Pt 1)

Meredith POV

I'm super excited that Aunty Jay and Aunty Maur are letting me come with cuz Laney and I have so so much to catch up on. I give Momma a hug and a kiss good bye and she told me to stop the lab to say good bye to Mommy. When we get to the lab I quickly open the door and run up to Mommy to give her the biggest hug.

"Whoa there mija sabes que no deberias correr en el laboratorio" she says in Spanish. Oops I forgot no running in the lab I better say sorry before I really get it.

"Lo siento Mommy. I wont do it again."

"Its okay Mija." she says while giving me a hug and a kiss on the forehead.

"Mommy I comed down to say bye and give you the biggest hug so you wont miss me too much." I say to her why stretching my arms out wide to show her.

"And where exactly are you going missy?" she asks giving me a stern look

"*gasp* Momma no tell you?" I asked tilting my head to side confused because Momma tells Mommy everything

"Nope she didn't tell me nothing" she says

"Oh no she she musta forgets to tell you. Mommy I going to Aunty Jays house. See hers waiting for me and See thers Aunty Maura and Laney theys waiting on me to go wif them." I begin rambling thinking in trouble until I hear Mommy laughing

"Hey its okay Mija. Momma already told me I was just kidding."

"Mommy you silly but me loves yous so so much"

"Love you to Mija. And make sure you listen to your Aunts and Nonna. Mommy and I will be there Sunday evening to pick you up okay." I give her nod. She gives me a big bear hug and a kisses all over my face and walks me out the lab. She talks briefly to Aunty Jay and they hug good bye.
"Alrighty munchkins let's get going" Jay says and Laney and I just giggle we are going to have so much fun. She gets us quickly strapped in the back seat and we head on our way. I holds Laney hand the whole way to the store. I missed her so much I never want to lose her again.
After a short while we pull up to the store, and Aunty Jay lets us out.

"Okay girls we have to grab a few things for dinner and I have to grab some things from the pharmacy. So you girls can stay with Jane while I go there to make things go quicker. But before we go in, Meredith would you like to tell Laney the rules about the store." Aunty Maur asks me
"Otay. No running, no wandering off, and ask for yous touch things"
"Good job Mere. Do you understand Laney-bug" she shakes her head yes and reaches for Jay hands while I grab her other hand.
"Jane make sure you guys grab something healthy to eat for dinner."
"Yea yea yea I know." Aunty Jay says although I don't think she was really listening.

LANEY'S POV
I'm really glad Meredith is staying with me this weekend because I'm still really nervous about everything. I mean I really like Jane and Maura but I'm still scared that I do something wrong and they will send me back to Jenn. I don't ever wanna go back to her especially since now I know she the real reason why I haven't seen my best friend. I'm still shock at how she lied to me.
"Hey squirt are you okay to walk or would you like to sit in the cart" Jane asks pulling me out of my thoughts.
"I can walk." I say clearly letting them know I'm not little right now but Meredith is still little so she gets to ride in the cart.
"Okay that's fine just let me know if you change your mind kiddo" I just nod.

We walk down a few aisle with Jane putting things in the cart and Meredith getting excited about the different things she see throughout the store. I stay close to Jane because to be honest I'm a little afraid, I really don't like being around a lot of people. I feel like they are judging me and they know that I'm a little.
