Text to Laney
J: Laney where are you
J: Laney you think this is funny?
J: Laney you better be back home in that bed waiting for me.
J: you little ungrateful Bitch you just wait til I get my hands on you. You never be able to walk again
L: leave me alone Jenn
J: Listen here you little bitch did you forget who took care of you when you had no where to go.
L: I don't need you please just stop texting me
J: Oh so you think you can just walk out on me. I own you. It's only a matter of time before that new bitch I saw you with will get rid of you. Your lazy and useless. And then Little old Laney will come crawling back to me.
L: You don't own me I have a new family I'm turning off my phone so stop texting me.
J: don't fucking ignore me you little bitch.
J: Oh Laney you have no idea what you have done.
J: you better keep your fucking mouth shut or your done.

Jenn quickly picks up the phone and dials the first number in her contact list.
F: What the hell do you want Jenn I told not to call this number unless it's a fucking emergency so it better be an emergency.
J: Wow nice you talk to you too. You know most brothers would be happy to hear from there little sisters
F: yea well I ain't like most brothers. So stop your bitching and tell why the hell your calling for
J: I need your help. Laney ran off and I seen her with some other women and she caused a big scene at bar I was at.
F: Jesus Jenn didn't I tell you about keeping your little on leash.
J: she never done anything like this before I didn't need a damn leash but now I will once you help me get my little back.
F: what makes you think I'm gonna help you?
J: Because if I know Laney like I do you. I know the first person she gonna try to find is Meredith.
F: Tell me what you know
J: All I know is she was with some dark haired women and Laney called her Jay.
F: Wow gee that is so helpful.
J: don't be a smart ass. Listen she caused a big scene and I got outta there as fast as I could. Wait there might be another women. There was a woman sitting in the car watching the whole thing happened and she got outta the car when Laney ran from me.

TV in the background: Detectives Jane Rizzoli and Barry Frost has made an arrest in Beacon Hill Murder of a young mother and daughter. Jenn looks up at the tv at the exact moment and drops the phone.

F: Jenn? Hello? What the fuck did you just hang up on me?
J: N-no but umm so you know how I said she was with a women and she looked familiar?
F: yea so what's the issue
J: She a cop Finn a fucking cop and not just any cop it's the one that was in the news a few years back. She a super cop she shot herself to kill another guy. Detective Jane Rizzoli. Oh god Finn what hell am I gonna do. If Laney talks we're screwed.
F: Whoa chill. No one is screwed. We'll get Laney back before she talks and they will never know about anything.
J: what do have planned and how? I don't even know  where to find her.
F: I know how to find her just be ready when I tell you.

Meanwhile at Jane's and Maura
Laney's POV
"What do I do Mere?"
"Tell Jane she can help you."
"I've already caused enough chaos. I'll just turn off my phone and ignore her."
"If you say so but I really think you should tell them. What if she does something crazy."
"I don't wanna ruin their day with this, today is supposed to be fun and if I tell them then I will ruin their day too."
"Laney she threatening you and Jane will understand. She a cop and a really good one and she could put Jenn away for all the bad things she has done."
"Okay I'll tell if she keeps it up but maybe after the shopping trip I just want to have a good first day with them."
"Okay if you say so."
"I won't even open them I just put her on ignore."
"Hey girls it's time to go!" We hear Jane call up the stairs.
"Come on Mere let's go try to have some fun." We head down the stairs to meet Maura and Jane.
We head out to car and Jane helps me buckle up
*buzz* 1 unread message for Jennifer

J: Laney sweetheart I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said those things to you. Please Laney I promise you things will change just please come home so we can.
L: That's not a good idea. Please stop texting me
J: Laney come home now or there will be hell to pay
L: No
J: I will find you one way or another

"Laney!" I hear Meredith yell my name
"Yea?" I asked
"You okay kiddo? You seem a little out of it." Jane asks
"Yea I'm okay" would be so much better if Jenn would leave me alone.
"What do mean?" Jane ask I look up and everyone is staring at me.
"Shit did I say that out loud"
"Language Laney. A bright and beautiful girls like you should not use such foul Laney."
"Sorry."
"Ok but back to part where you said Jenn won't stop bothering you. How is bothering you Laney? And don't even think about lying." Jane says sternly
"It's fine really Ma she just keeps texting me saying stupid stuff."
"Like?" Jane asks
"She just keep telling me to come back home and stuff like that." As if I didn't already have enough to deal with my phone goes off at that exact moment except it's not from Jenn
*buzz 1 unread message for Unkown number*
U: you better enjoy you freedom while you can. Once I find you, you'll never leave again. You think that cop is gonna stop me think again.
U: you will pay for what you have done. I will take back what is rightfully mine. You will never see the light of day again.
Tears immediately spring to my eyes. And I don't know what to do. I don't know who this is but I'm scared.
"Mama?" I sob out
"Laney what's wrong?" I hand her over my phone as she read the messages
"Hey kiddo do you recognized this number?"
"No Ma I don't know who it is." I cried out
"It's okay. My gut is telling this is just Jenn playing mind tricks on you but I will have the department run the numbers."
"Laney sweetheart are you sure you want to go shopping today. Honey we understand if you don't want to."
"Mom I want to go please. Today is supposed to be a fun day and I don't want to ruined it please."
"Oh sweetheart you didn't ruin anything. I just wanted to make sure you are okay" Maura says.
"Mom I really wanna go shopping please." I say giving a smile even though my stomach is in knots.
"Okay we can go but if at anytime you want to leave just let me know."
"Okay mom I will,"

We pull up to the biggest building I have ever seen. I never got out much but this place is huge.
"Okay girls we are here. Do you guys remember the rules?"
"Yes" we both say at the same time.
"I know you guys are big right now but I want you guys to stay close to us.
"You guys are allowed to look around but you must stay together and if you like something just let us know."
"So Laney which store first close or furniture?"
"Umm I think I want to do room stuff first."
"Okay great" Maura says as she lead us to the correct store.

Meanwhile at Jenn apartment
*phone rings*
F: geez how long does it take for you to answer the damn phone.
J: sorry I was busy.
F: too busy to go get your little back
J: wait you found her
F: no shit Sherlock.
J: how
F: the less you know the better.
J: where is she
F: why do you ask so many goddamn questions. Don't you understand the less you know the better.
J: stop being so fucking dramatic and just tell me.
F: well according to me resources she is currently at the Newberry Mall for Littles.
J: I know the place Sam always use to drag me into the god forsaken place.
F: good meet me there is 20
J: wait we are doing this now?
F: yes the sooner the better.
J: well what's the plan
F: the plan is you stay in the fucking car while I clean up the mess you made and while I'm inside retrieving what you lost I also swing by next door and get you a damn leash."
J: hardy har har let's just go.

Jenn quickly hangs up the phone and grabs her keys and jacket. She sends one last text message to Laney and walks out the door.

I know exactly where you are and we are coming for you. You can't hide from us.

A/N  I know that this a little late and a little short but I have returned to work full time and I have to squeeze my writing into my busy schedule but I will not let you guys down the is part 1 of a 3 part series of chapters following the request for @kbscotland. Things will get a little hectic and angsty but no too much and I will do my best to match to with the fluff. Little Laney didnt make an appearance in this chapter because she will be in the next two and I needed this chapter to be more about big Laney. I hope you like it so far.
