Meeting Drago (9)

I flew on the other side of Hiccup as I looked down and noticed Drago, "Welcome aboard, Dragon Rider!" Hiccup and I said at the same time "Thanks... I think" Eret said nervous and I smiled amused, "Where have you two been?" Astrid asked looking at Hiccup and I and I smiled warmly "Oh, y'know. Catching up with Mom." Hiccup said motioning to Valka who was dressed in her full battle armor and riding on Cloudjumper emerging from the sky and summoning the alpha who breaks his wat tout of the nest and roars loudly "Whoa" Eret said in shock watching the Alpha and Valka "That's your mother?!" Astrid asked in shock and I smirked behind my mask as Hiccup nodded "Well, now you know where I get my dramatic flair" he says as he and I bank right and go down. 

The alpha attacked some of Drago's traps and ships, I watched as the zipplebacks attack in balls of fire, one gets trapped and I motioned to Toothless and Hiccup and I helped a red one while Hiccup helped one. I watched as Valka and Cloudjumper were shot out of the sky, and crash-landed near Drago I could just make out their words I watched as Drago waved his bull hook around and screaming a large grey Bewilderbeast came out of the water and chills went up my spine. I watched as the dark Bewilderbeast roars a challenge at the White Beast and they fight, I was shot at but I watched as Toothless flew past and shot at it and I looked at him and started moving to watch the fight or try to stop it along with Valka, but as we both got in the middle neither beast would listen and the Dragon Song wouldn't be heard, I watched I was almost stepped on as the dark Bewilderbeast killed Valka's and claimed control "NO!" I screamed out my voice magnifying as I zipped out of sight before ice was shot at me, I dodged and landed with Hiccup and tears streamed down my face. "STOP! Stop!" Hiccup shouted loudly as he grabbed my hand and I glared at Drago who looked at me his eyes narrowed "this... is the great Dragon Masters? The son of Stoic the Vast? and some island girl? What shame" Drago sneered and I let out a low Nightfury like growl and Drago looked at me in shock "a Guardian? Really I thought I killed you all..."I glared at him my silver eyes darkening in anger as I looked at him. "All of this loss, and for what? To become unstoppable? To rule the world? Dragons are kind, amazing creatures that can bring people together" Hiccup said pulling me behind him running his hand over my knuckles gently "Or tear them apart" he said darkly and I watched horrified as did Hiccup as he unhooked his prosthetic arm to show us his stump, my eyes widened in horror as I hide the scar on my eyes. "I see your girlfriend was also wound by possibly her own bestfriend being a Skrill" Drago said roughly and I let out a low grumble that could be heard. "You see, I know what it is to live in fear. To see my village burned, my family taken. But even as a boy, left with nothing, I vowed to rise above the fear of dragons and liberate the people of this world" Drago said looking at us I rolled my eyes slightly as he looked around his eyes narrowed and I stepped from behind Hiccup "then why a dragon army?" I asked firmly and Drago smirked.

"Well, you need dragons to conquer other dragons" he said cruelly indicating my mother's island and my eyes narrowed at him angerly, "Or maybe you need dragons to conquer people. To control those who follow you... and to get rid of those who won't" Hiccup said sternly and I stiffened turning and looking at Hiccup worried. Drago laughed cruelly and looked at the two of us "clever boy" the man said and Hiccup looked at me hopefully as I looked at him and turned my gaze to Drago. "The world wants peace. And we have the answer, back on Berk. Just let me show you" Hiccup offered and Drago sneered and yelled making me jump in slight fear, "NO! Let ME show YOU" He growled out and I watched in horror as he began to scream and wave his bullhorn around again. To get the alpha's attention "No dragon can resist the Alpha's command. So he who controls the Alpha, controls them all" Drago said cruelly as he pointed to Stormdancer and Toothless and fear crept inside of me as Hiccup grabbed me and I looked at him, Toothless and Stormdancer began to trash and I looked at my friend "Stormdancer?" I called out to her softly "Are you alright girl?" I asked worried, "Toothless? You okay, Bud? What's going on?" Hiccup called out. 

"Witness true strength. The strength of will over others. In the face of it, you are nothing!" Drago said loudly as I watched the Alpha take control of Toothless and Stormdancer, their slights narrow to a dangerous size and they slowly turn to us "Uh, what did he just tell you? Toothless, what's the matter with you? What're you doing? Knock it off! Stop! Snap out of it!" I watched in mute horror as Stormdancer cornered us as did Toothless "hey... Girl... No don't do it... please..." I begged "Toothless! No! Toothless! Don't!" I watched as both dragons prepared their shots, "Sam! Hiccup!" I turned my head to see my dad and Stoic and tears sprung to my eyes, "Stop!" Hiccup and I said at the same time, "Son! Sam!" My father and Stoic said at the same time "DAD! NO!" Hiccup and I said at the same time as I was shoved out of the way by my father and Hiccup his and I turned to watch Stormdancer gain a bit of control and hit the ice behind us instead still clipping my dad "Dad!" Hiccup  yelled and my dad stood up slowly gasping as his legs went to jelly as he motioned me to go to Hiccup. "Hiccup" I called and I helped him as Valka rushed in and helped remove the ice and I watched her test to see if she could find a pulse, when she didn't I hugged Hiccup to me tightly as he wept, "Shhh..." I said softly running my hand through his hair. Toothless comes back and his eyes were back to normal and he tries to wake Stoic up and Hiccup pushes him away, "No! Get away from him! GO ON! GET OUT OF HERE! GET AWAY!" Hiccup said his eyes wide with grief and Toothless looks at me then Hiccup sadly and takes off "it's not his fault and you know that" Valka says as we grief the lose of Stoic. I hear the alpha roar and I watch "Stormdancer! NO! COME BACK!" I cry as I watch her fly off under control of the alpha and I collapse, "NO!" I yell loudly and watch sadly. "Toothless!" Hiccup yells and Valka grabs him "no don't" She said and I looked at him as we watched both our bestfriends fly away.
