3rd person POV:
"Tomoika-san..?"
There was a long silence before Giyuu got up, and crashed into Rengoku's arms. The tears that were threatening to fall finally got free and fell, leaving droplets of water on the smooth, wooden floor. Rengoku cried too. Fat tears droplets ran down his cheek. They hugged. Rengoku didn't mind that he was a uppermoon at all. As long as he's doing good.
In the meantime, Uzui walked past this area, and Tanjiro decides to go with them.
Now that they're completely alone, Rengoku finally fulfilled his dreams. He could hold him in his arms.
"Tomoika.."
"Call me Giyuu."
"Alright Giyuu. I.. don't know if we'll be able to make it out here alive, so I must tell you something, before I can't tell you."
"What is it?" Giyuu asked.
"I..like you." Rengoku said. He was blushing. "I like you.. so much. I love your hair, your eyes, your personality, everything. Thank you for being here. With me."
Giyuu was as red as a tomato as he grasped his face, and pulled him in for a kiss.
"So.. does this make us..boyfriends..?"
" I guess.."
Rengoku pulled out a rice ball and handed it to Giyuu.
"Here. Have this you must be starving. Let's eat wile we walk." Rengoku said while opening one for himself.
"Why do you bring food with you everywhere..?" Giyuu muttered under his breath as he picked up his sword.
They walked out of the room after they finished their food. After half an hour of walking, they saw a demon. The demon had short bright pink hair, golden irises that would make gold jealous, and he had dark blue stripes all over his body. His skin appeared even whiter than Giyuu's that it looks green tinged white. He wore a pinkish purple haori which revealed his chest that also had the same dark blue stripes. His baggy pants were white, secured on him with a blue rope belt. He also wore a chain of large pearls around his ankles.
Three words were engraved in the irises.
Upper. Moon. Three.
"Hello. The names Akaza."
