3rd person POV:

Ubuyashiki Kagaya was standing in the shade, facing the eight rest pillars with his wife and children supporting him. He could no longer stand up without help.

Ubuyashiki POV:

I am quite worried, as Giyuu was usually one of the earliest ones that would come to a pillar meeting, and would rarely be late to any type of meeting that has him involved.

The last time anyone has saw him was more than five days ago, when I sent him, muichiro and Sanemi on a mission together, to investigate the reports of a demon with the strength of a uppermoon there.

Sanemi and Muichiro came back, assuming Giyuu came back already, but he never came back.

Sure, Giyuu does not interact with most of the pillars. Well, more like doesn't actively seek for the other pillars.

Giyuu has quite improved a bit in socialising after I asked Tanjiro to help him.

I could sense Rengoku's worry. Those two have gotten quite close after the few times I sent them on missions together.

3rd person POV:

They were discussing recent events until the loud screeching of Giyuu's old crow interrupted.

"EVERYONE! EVERYONE! GIYUU TOMOIKA HAD A CONFRONTATION WITH MUZAN KIBUTSUJI!! CAWW CAW! SEND HELP!!!"

The demons slayer corps immediately fell into chaos. Muzan Kibutsuji? The demon king?

The last time the corps had a confrontation with the demon king was way back in the Sengoku era!

"Muzan Kibutsuji..?"

The Hashiras also fell into a panic. "Muzan?!"
"Ah..what a pitiful sight." "What did that self- confident bastard get into again?" "What just happened..? I don't remember." "Kyaaaaaa!!! Giyuu-San is so cool! Defending off Muzan by himself!" "That bastard.. Kanroji is complimenting him.." "Tomoika-san got into trouble?"

Even Ubuyashiki himself was quite shocked.

One fell silent. He had this gut feeling that something was wrong. He was worried.

The demon king himself.

Ubuyashiki immediately sent all the hashiras on this mission, Because if they could find just a little bit of information on him, it would be a huge help to the corps.

They couldn't afford to lose a Hashira either. Demons were appearing more frequently, and losing a Hashira would not help.

All the Hashiras set off at once.

Aha. This is a really short chapter, (before I edited it it was even shorter) I just felt like the mission needed it's own separate chapter. And this is cringe.
