the two bestfriends walked down the stairway from the rooftop. the both of them noticed that there was some commotion happening in the 3rd floor.
many people were gathered around something and they were talking among themselves. nara looked at jihye, and she shrugged, not knowing what was going on up ahead.
"hey, whats going on?" nara grabbed a random guy's shoulder, making him turn to her. "lee haechan just broke up with another girl!" he spoke to them and turned back to the scene.
the two girls pushed their way slightly through the crowd so they could get a better view. in front of them was haechan leaning on a locker being unbothered, while there was a girl; who they assumed was her girlfriend- now ex-girlfriend, crying at the feet of him.
"what the hell." jihye said to herself, nara nodding when she heard her.
talking was heard among the crowd they were in. things like: "miss girl just got dumped.", "haechan is so hot." and "she just got destroyed."
haechan sighed at sight of the girl at his feet, begging for him to take her back. he decided that he wanted to leave and glanced around the crowd of people.
he spotted a face of someone that he was extremely interested in. he gently pushed the girl off his feet and walked slowly to a girl and bent down to her height, faces only inches away.
at first he didnt say anything, but then he said, "hey princess." whispers now broke among the people.
"do you genuinely mind fucking off? creep." ahn jihye muttered the last part, her hands on her hips and her eyes rolling.
haechan's face held a frown for a second, but he brushed it off and wore his regular resting face and moving even closer to her face. they were so close that their noses were centimetres from touching.
jihye held her breath, going slightly red. their faces were close enough for jihye to think about the possibility of them kissing, which made jihye go even redder.
he had never received a response like this from the female gender in his whole life. no one had even dared to call him a creep before.
jihye grabbed nara's hand and said with a rush, "i dont have time to play your silly games. stare at me like that again and i'll shove your eyeballs up your asshole."
the people behind her made way for her and haechan stared at her receding figure, chuckling at her behaviour.
