TW: vomiting

Heavy breathing filled every little corner of the dark room while you shot up in your bed, trying to figure out where you were and what had happened.
It took you a painfully long moment to realize that you were in your own room, and that you had just woken up from another awful nightmare.

After another moment of just staring into the seemingly endless darkness of the room, you noticed a very weird feeling in your stomach.
The food in your abdomen didnt want to stay there any longer, and when a loud burp escaped your throat you knew there wasn't even time to turn on the light while rushing towards the bathroom.
Neausea quickly flooded your body while you scurried to the bathroom, protectively holding your stomach while walking while being bent over, trying to keep everything in until reaching the sink or toilet.

Panic broke out inside of you when you realized that you had tripped over something.
Now there was no holding it in anymore after you had collided with the ground.
After the loud bang of your impact with the floor, a loud burp followed and the dinner you had eaten a only few hours ago made its reappearance on the ground underneath you.

You were now lying in your own vomit and after another few painful burps and a few heavy heathes the rest of your food had left your stomach and spread out on the floor underneath you.

Just when you fought matters couldnt get worse, you felt your body stiffen up. Again your tired mind took a few moments to notice what was going on.
You had been in so much panic that your body decided to completely freeze as a defense mechanism.
You had been in this situation a few times before, but not enough to really know what was going on or what to do.

All you knew at the moment was that you couldn't move your body at all, not even a bit.
Even the tips of your fingers and your toes were complete frozen in place.
You also were lying in your already eaten dinner that was currently being soaked up by your clothes, which was everything but a nice experience.
For all that you knew this could last for hours until you would be able to move again, and you really didn't want to spend the next few hours on the floor, lying in your already eaten food.

"Are ya ok?" You heard Atsumu ask from outside the room.

"Y-yeah! Why?" You replied, surprised by how strong your voice sounded. You had expected it to be shaky and weak.

"Ya sure? I heard a pretty loud noise coming from in there! It woke me up. Did something happen?" He asked, genuine worry in his voice.

You wanted to tell him to leave, this situation was humiliating and the last thing you wanted Atsumu to see, was you lying in your own vomit while being unable to move.
But before you could answer he had already entered the room, the light that he had turned on blinding you.

"Fuck! Ya ok?"

"Nooo..." you whimpered, feeling tears starting to form in your eyes while you tried to look at him.
"I cant move ... "

"Why- Ok, its ok! Should I call an ambulance?" He asked while he rushed towards you, kneeling down beside you, careful to not step into your vomit.

"N-no. Ive had this before...this is embarrassing Tsumu...just leave again...no stay...no please leave this is way too embarrassing!"
You muttered while desperately trying to look up at him, but your neck just wouldn't move.

"I can only do one of those things and I think it would be better if I stay...I can't just leave ya alone like this."
He said and looked at you with an expression full of worry.
"What do you mean with ya had this before?"

"This is something my body does sometimes in response to immense stress. I have had this like four times already and everytime after a really bad nightmare. That's also why I had to uhm...say hello to my dinner again."
You explained and then sighed.
"Tsumu...Im really fine, I can handle this on my own! You don't have to watch me like this."
