Oh my lovely lil rapunzel

Time for you to leave

I am sorry 

That you had to hide in shadows

That you werent held, cherished and loved

That your happy hours were burned in comparisions

I am sorry

That you werent treated equal

I am sorry 

That most of your wishes died before materializing into words

I am sorry 

That for all those marathons you had only to be not good enough

I am sorry 

That there were gazes, judgments and touches you despised and couldnt defend yourself

I am sorry

That poisonous words, unfulfilled dreams, unapologetic actions still haunt you

I am sorry

That people chose to abandon and dump your ship amidst of storm 

I am sorry

That you never had a voice for all those ears

I am sorry 

That how things turned out to be

I am sorry

That you are so vulnerable and cold tonight; hug yourself baby none there for that

I am sorry

That its been pain cry my dear three year old till your heart content tonight

I am sorry

That your innocence and childhood was stolen; let the pain flow

I am sorry

That it was it what was it; your heart was trampled upon countless nights

I am sorry

That there were times you touched death not because of yourself but people

That whatever happened

That you never deserved it; cry it out it wasnt your fault

That you spent years in self loathing
