Once Again - MerDer

Part 5

POV: Derek has just read the results and has seen an increased number of hormones in the blood so he realized that Meredith is pregnant. He immediately goes to find her.

-" Really Meredith? Really? You call me a liar and when i asked you if everything was okay you said its none of my business." Said Derek angry.

-" Because its not." Said Meredith not knowing that Derek had just found out about her pregnancy.

-" Isn't the fact that you are pregnant
my business?" Said Derek

Meredith stayed silent. She had no idea how Derek had found out.

-" I am asking you Meredith!" Said Derek in a high tone.

-" Can you lower your voice? Everyone is looking at us." Said Meredith as all the nurses and doctors were looking at them. " Lets go somewhere more private please."

Meredith and Derek went to an on-call room.

-" Can you answer me now?" Said Derek

-" Fist of all, how do you know? Asked Mer

-" Thats your problem? How do i know?
I saw Cristina taking blood from you and i was worried. I went and took your results to see if you are okay and guess what, you are pregnant. Congrats by the way" Said Derek

-" You took my results? Are you crazy? You are not my boyfriend anymore. Stop acting like you are. You had no right to do this." Yelled Meredith obviously angry.

-" If someone had to yell, it would be me. So stop it now. When were you planning to tell me? In the delivery room?" Said Derek

-" How are you sure its yours?" Said Meredith trying to piss Derek off.

-" How far are you?" Asked Derek

-" 3 weeks i think." Said Mer

-" Then its mine. Three weeks ago was that night in your car." Said Derek

-" Don't be so sure." Said Meredith still trying to piss him off and with an ironic look.

-" Meredith, do you really think its time for jokes?" Said Derek angry

-" Lets calm down please. You are not the only one in sock. Think about me for a while. I am in my residency year. This couldn't be worst timing." Said Mer

-" Okay listen Mer, i wasn't planning for this either. I was careful." Said Derek

-" Apparently you were not, and now i have no idea what i'm going to do." Said Meredith

-" Okay. Im sorry. I really cant imagine how you feel right now, but you should have told me. Im the father and i have every right to know." Said Derek

-" I wasn't even sure, thats why i gave blood. To make sure. Then i was going to tell you." Said Mer

-" So thats why you were vomiting in the parking lot. Why didn't you tell me when i asked you if you are okay." Said Derek

-" I wasn't sure what your reaction would be. Said Meredith

-" Would i hit you or would i yell to you? Im not that kind of man and you know it. I want you to be able to talk to me. I would never do something to hurt you." Said Derek

-" But you did." Said Mer. " You did hurt me."

-" Mer, that thing with Addison was over before i even come to Seattle. We had broke up, the divorce papers just hadn't came out, but they came, thats why i went to NY, to sign the papers. I was done with her when i met you." Said Derek

-" That doesn't change the thing that you didn't tell me that you were married, and i cant trust you anymore, i cant trust you because you always lie to me." Said Meredith.

-" But you have to trust me. How are we supposed to raise a child if you don't trust me?" Asked Derek.

Meredith stayed silent.

-" Meredith, don't even think to tell me that you are going to kill our baby." Said Derek in a high tone.

-" I don't know. Thats what i'm trying to tell you. I don't know what i want to do with this baby." Said Meredith. " And calm down please. Its my life, my body, and if i want to terminate the pregnancy i will, and i would really appreciate some support from you."

-" Mer, i want to support you, but i believe that you are not thinking clear now. Please go home get some sleep and we will talk tomorrow, okay?" Said Derek

Meredith left the room and went to her house. The next days Meredith didn't go at the hospital at all.

-" Yang. Do you know where Mer is? I haven't seen her for a few days. Is she okay?" Asked Derek

-" No i have no idea. She doesn't  answer my calls. You should ask Izzie or George, maybe they know something." Said Cristina and left.

The same night Derek went to Mer's house to talk to Izzie and George.

-" Do you know where Meredith is? I am looking for her for days." Asked Derek

-" No she left us a note that she will not come home for a few days and told us not to try find her." Said George

-" Oh god she went to have an abortion." Said Derek anxious

-" Don't be stupid. She would never do this without letting you know. She probably left to think." Said Izzie

When Derek arrived at the trailer he called Richard to see if he knows something. Richard said that Meredith had asked a few days off, but she didn't tell him why. The only thing Derek could do, was wait. The days were passing but Meredith wasn't coming back.

-" Derek. Where is Grey? I haven't seen her for a week now." Said Mark

-" I don't know. She left. She didn't tell me anything, she just left." Said Derek

-" Come on man. Don't let it take you down. Shes going through something. Give her time. It isn't easy to be pregnant. Her hormones are partying." Said Mark

-" Yeah you are right but i want to know if we are going to keep it. I mean if we will, i have to sell the trailer, maybe find a house, i need to know, she cant just disappear.  Thanks by the way. You don't have to do this." Said Derek

-" Are you crazy? Thank you for letting me help you. I want to be here for you." Said Mark and left.

After a few days, while Derek was in the hospital he got a page from the OBGYN.
He immediately went to see what happened.
