Part 2

Shawn POV

Wow, Beacon Acadamy I made it! Now, what do I do? My whole life was to become a hunter but now I'm here and I'm lost. No seriously I really am lost someone help, please. Oh, maybe I should ask Ami if we could go to the auditorium to get our instructions together. Yeah that sounds like a plan

"Hey, Ami would you like to go to the auditorium to get our instructions together?" I asked hopefully but it's okay since I was able to hide it.

"Sure that would be great that way we won't both be lost." She replied.

"Great that would be awesome! I mean cool." I said quickly.

We started to walk towards the auditorium to listen to the headmaster's speech ohh boy. as we were walking through the corners of Beacon when I accidentally walked into someone's literary. And I was thrown to the ground while the other guy barely moved an inch. 

"HEY WATCH IT PIPSQUAEK," the person said.  And now that I can get a better look at him he was like 6' and built like a brick wall.

"S-ssory about that it won't happen again"  I stammered out.

"Ya, it won't know why cause I'll beat you to a pulp now!" He roared out.

"Hey, buddy why don't  you leave him alone." Did Ami say that in boredom? WHY WAS SHE BORED DOSN'T SHE KNOW HE COULD PROBABLY KILL US WITH JUST ONE HIT?!?!

"Watch it little girl I'll beat you up then I'll beat hero wannabe up even worse." Oh, I knew it we are so dead.

"I'd loved to stay and fight really I would but we have to get to the headmaster speech and I don't think it would be a good wise to miss it. wouldn't you agree or are you expected to be doing something else right now? Like bringing thoughts papers to Miss Goodwitch for professor Oobleck I've heard that she doesn't like to be kept waiting." Ami replied calmly now how she knows all that I have no idea. But more importantly, HOW IS SHE SO CALM RIGHT NOW?

"SHOOT I'LL GET YOU NEXT TIME YOU BRATS!" He yelled while running with the papers to find Miss Goodwitch.

Ami helped me up while looking where he went. "You ok? I can beat him up if you want me to." She said completely deadpan.

"No! You don't have to do that," I said as we restarted our journey to the auditorium together. "Um, hey how did you know he had papers to give to Miss Gooodwitch?"

"Simple observations really. One of the papers said Glynda Goodwitch on it and under it said Bartholomew Oobleck. So all I had to do was put two and two together and bam I knew what he was doing. Before you, both ran into each other anyways." She said as if it was the easiest thing in the world to do.

After another ten minutes of walking, we finally made it to the auditorium where headmaster Ozpin just started his speech. "I'll... keep this brief. You have traveled here today in search of knowledge - to hone your craft and acquire new skills, and when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people. But I look amongst you, and all I see is wasted energy, in need of purpose, direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this, but your time at this school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take that first step."  (I looked it up on goggle it does not belong to me) 

Wow, that was encouraging. I thought sarcastically. Ohh it looks like we're going to where we'll sleep until we get our partners tomorrow.

" This is where you all will be sleeping for the night until you make your teams have a good night tomorrow will be a very busy day." Miss Goodwitch said.

I went to go change into my pajamas which was a light gray shirt with an Ox on it and some light gray pants to go with. As I was coming out of the bathroom I bumped into someone again! It wasn't that one guy again thankfully but instead, it was Ami and we both ended up on the floor this time. 

"Well, I guess we just are meant to see each other huh hero," Ami said as she was getting off the floor.

"Y-ya I guess so I um like your pajamas Ami." I managed to stamper out. She was wearing a light orange tee-shirt that had a tiger on it and some camo pants. 

"Why thank you I like yours as well." She replied as we started to find where we wanted to put our sleeping bags at.  

Once we found a place that we liked we put our sleeping bags down and took a breath as I took a look around. there were a lot of people wandering around and talking to their friends or family members, others still were getting sleep or reading a book. Ami was reading what I do not know but I don't really want to interrupt her. 

"Hey, you two the redhead and the blond lookup." Huh, who said that guess I have to look up. 

"Can I help you?" Ami asked with a hint of ice guess she got to a good part. 

"Yes, my name is Theron and you can move since I plan on sleeping here." Theron huh weird name but we can't move since there is only one space left.

"There's a place over there if you want it cause we're not moving spots deal. Now if you excuse us I have a book to read. goodnight." Whoa, that was awesome, and ouch for him. I would not what to be him right now.

"Fine but you'll regret that trust me, missy you will regret that."  He spat that out and then stormed off to the other spot. 

Great not even a day in and I've already made two enemies great going, Shawn, nobody would want to be on your team now.

"you alright?" Huh oh looks like Ami decided to stop my inner hate spiral. "look I know that people can be really stupid sometimes but you need to keep your head up and be able to protect yourself and the people you care about." 

"Yeah I'm alright and I'll keep that in mind. thanks" I responded that was really deep though. "Hey, maybe we could be partners together. What do you think?"

"I think that would be cool and that we would be doing very cool work. Ami said. "Now it's almost ten-thirty which is lights out. Goodnight Shawn."
