THREE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Y/n POV

We had just finished our Christmas with the gems and my family and we're on our way home. We mainly jammed out to music and had random conversations.

It was a chill trip. We soon got to the Maheswaren house. I helped Connie with her bags and said my goodbye and left. We got home shortly after. Garnet, Pearl, and I unpacked while Steven and Amethyst went to go do their own thing.

"God who knows what they are up to," pearl said. I shrugged and kept on unpacking my bags. "They will be okay Pearl," I reassured her.

"I hope so." She replied. I laughed as I helped her with Steven's luggage. "Thanks for the help Pearl," I said. "No problem." Pearl replied and went to her room. Garnet went on a solo mission.

Alone time. I decided to go for a drive for awhile to think things through. I hopped in my car and fastened my seatbelt and put my playlist on shuffle. I began to drive listening to calming songs.

I hummed along to the words as I entered a city. I didn't know what city but it definitely wasn't beach city. I turned to my phone and grabbed it.

I searched a song as everything went black.

(Bailey POV) didn't expect that huh?

I was walking down my street when I saw two cars crash. "Oh my." My friend said next to me. I got my phone out and Dialed 911.

"911 what's your emergency?" The voice rang. "Yes, hello there has been a car accident on Main Street of (random City)." I reported. "Ambulance is on its way, could I have a name please?" The voice asked.

"It's Bailey. Bailey L/N." I said. I hadn't seen anyone in my family. Not one person. I hung up the call. I had left not saying a single word to anyone years ago. The ambulance arrived with a bunch of officers and Firefighters.

I entered my small house and was greeted by my cat. "Hello Ender." I said bending down to pet him. He purred and rubbed against my leg. I got myself some coffee and watched the scene from my window.

The driver in the first car looked so familiar. I watched the female's body get pulled out of the car and being brought into the ambulance. She almost looked like Y/n but she had a ring.

(Steven POV)

"Pearl. Where is Y/n?" I asked. "I don't know. But I'm sure she's okay." Pearl reassured me. "Yeah dude! Let's watch a movie," amethyst said trying to get my mind off of it.

We picked a horror movie. So many jump-scares. I flinched at some of them but Amethyst just watched. She wasn't scared. "Hello?" Garnet's voice asked. I looked to see her on the phone.

'I bet it's y/n' I thought. "What?" Garnet asked into the phone. "I'll be on my way." She said before hanging up. "Whats wrong garnet?" I asked. She ignored me and left the house.

'Had something happen? Is y/n okay?' I thought. I had a bad feeling that she wasn't. My eyes began to feel heavy as I close my eyes getting under the sheets of my bed. The movie had finished before the call.

Amethyst was already in her room. I hope y/n is safe. I can't loose my sister.
