Serenity was on a vlive with Sirens and she mentioned a snack she liked, fans went out and bought it making it difficult for Serenity to get it as it was completely sold out everywhere. Anytime she is on vlive she never mentions her favourite type of food or drink in fear of fans buying it out completely.

Serenity was on I Live Alone and was filmed in her cafe. She was trying out new dishes but was mainly there to get a certain treat as the cafe was promoting NCT127. She got both a cupcake of Xavier and Jaehyun. SM had wanted her to promote NCT127 and had photocards of each member to go with the treat. Serenity wanted a certain Jaehyun photocard which she got. After fans saw this they went and bought out so many treats that the cafe ran out of photocards.

If Serenity mentions a group fans will automatically start listening and watching them.

When Serenity had modelled for a make up brand as well as for skincare it all sold out in matter of seconds.

When ever Serenity releases an album/Song/MV fans will break all records, the song Xavier released with her featured was in the 3rd spot on all charts even without Ncztens, ONCEs and Carats streaming it would still be their because of Sirens.

After her documentary was released it caused so many fans and non-fans to realise what idols go through for fans and that they are as human as everyone else.

All companies want to be in Serenity's good books so much so they will push their groups to become friends with her which never works out well.

If there is an issue going on in the industry and Serenity brings it to light fans will do everything to correct it.

After the songs with SNSD came out it caused a surge in popularity for SNSD again. More people were talking about the group and listening to their older music. After the video of OT12 EXO was published by Serenity fans wanted to see more from the whole group.

When SM wanted Serenity and Jaehyun to break up fans stood behind them and wouldn't back down till SM gave in. It took weeks/months for SM to give in, they had already been bought by RMentertainment. It wasn't just fans of Serenity but fans of all groups/artists she is friends with who wanted them to stay together.
