1. At a concert Serenity had stopped singing when her manager came on stage to tell her a young fan got seperated from their older sibling. She had the Sirens go quiet and had them all look out for the young fan. Once the fan was sound she brought them on stage with her so they could find their sibling. She kept the child calm as they looked, once the sibling was found the two were united. She told fans to keep a good eye and grip on who they came with.
2. As Serenity was performing she heard fans yelling from an upper level and stopped performing. She took out her in ear monitor and could hear that a fan fell unconscience. She took control of the situation and got medics to the fan after making sure they could get through.
3. From her place on stage she saw an that a fan was uncomfortable with an older man touching them. Serenity had jumped off the stage ignoring security. She said very loudly to leave the fan alone and exit the building or security will remove him. The fan was ok after the man left, Serenity was put back onto stage by security after making sure the fan was ok.
4. At a fansign Serenity noticed a fan in a wheelchair who couldn't get up the stage to her so she left the stage and sat beside them. She spoke softly while signing the album, the fan got a photo with her.
5. During an online fansign a Siren had shown Serenity photos of when she went on vacation to the place she grew up. Serenity was so surprised by it and actually got teary eyed. In the same online fansign a different fan who had a stutter struggled talking, Serenity straight up said that she finds stutters, stammers and lisps cute. This fan was shocked to hear that Serenity loves their stutter and not to feel ashamed about it.
