(If the trainees had to perform Salute and Power as two teams)
I was heading up towards the main practice room. My appearance has been kept a secret to the trainees. The elevator opens and I see some trainees look shocked as they turn around just as I walk down the stairs. Smiling I enter the room
"Why don't you get the rest?"
All of them nod before rushing out of the room, all nearly tripping over themselves. I had a clipboard and pen in my hand. I have the photos and names of each trainee. When they all return some seem starstruck
"I was asked to come and evaluate you on both Salute and Power"
They are nervous
"Why don't we start with the Salute team?"
Everyone who is doing Salute steps forward while the rest step back. I watch them dance as soon as the music plays there are some mistakes, as soon as the music is over they seem anxious
"Don't be so nervous there was some mistakes but who doesn't make mistakes"
Placing my clipboard down I walk
"Why don't I show you what to do if you make a mistake?"
All nod while I smile
"Did you notice the mistakes?"
"No"Smiling I turn to them
"When you make a mistake you act like you didn't, if you show that you made a mistake its obvious but if you don't no one will be able to notice. Can I see the Power team"
I move back to my original place and watch as the other team gets into place. Once the music starts they begin to go through the choreography. Just like the other team they make mistakes but hide it
"You hid the mistakes well, Power is song that has a very difficult dance only because you have to be in sync with the others and be sure of your moves. Making mistakes as an idol is hard to avoid but once you are able to hide them well they happen less and less"
I laugh softly when all of them nod.
"I know all of you are stressed and worried but support those who debut. All of you are sharing the same experience by taking part in this show. You all are talented that I'm sure even if you don't debut in the group that you will debut"
