- The main team who work in this company are people who have been recommended by those who are close to Serenity.
- All trainees are given dance, rap and vocal training. If any want to produce or write songs they will recieve training.
- Trainees and Idols don't have dating bans but it is recommended to wait till they are 18 or have been in the industry for a few years.
- If idols or trainees are dating they are told to be careful and only be public if both parties are comfortable.
- Those who are part of the LGBTQ+ community are accepted but must be prepared for what would happen if they go public.
- Young trainees (2006 and younger) will need to wait till they are at least 17 to debut, this is to make sure they have a childhood and aren't sexualised. This is also to protect young trainees from the hardships of being an idol.
