Denki Kaminari really told me he loves me last night,and I actually said it back,when I first heard him say those words,I thought it was too soon,but then I thought about how much this boy means to me,and how he makes my heart melt every time I see that smile of his,and that made me realise,I do love him,and he loves me,and I couldn't be happier. We decided to go to that cat cafe for another date today,he went home about 10 minutes ago to get ready,and then I was gonna go to him,then we'll go to the cafe,so since it was almost time,I started getting ready.

I jumped in the shower quick,the hot water stabbing the cuts on my back like a million knives. They still hurt,and they weren't healed properly yet because they were the biggest injuries I had from my dad,and it didn't help that that guy opened them back up when he did what he did. I ignored the pain as much as I could,but I think I needed them covered for today,especially if they hurt this much just from some water. I put my boxers and trousers on and walked into the living room,hoping to find my mom so she could clean up the wounds and cover them,but instead I found Aizawa sitting on the couch,I guess my moms still asleep. I guess Aizawa also heard my footsteps because he turned around to look at me.

"Hey kid,you alright?" I walked closer to the couch and leaned on the back of it.

"Yeah,is mom awake? I need her to do something for me." He shook his head,great.

"She's still asleep,she didn't get to sleep until late last night. Anything I can help with?" I feel like it would be awkward if Aizawa did it for me,but I didn't really have a choice at this point.

"Umm,the wounds on my back opened up again last night I think,and there hurting,so I need them cleaned and bandaged up,but I can wait for mom to wake up." I tried walking away but Aizawa stopped me by grabbing my wrist.

"No,come sit,I'll be back." I did as he said and waited about 2 minutes before he came back with a first aid kit and sat beside me.

"Turn around so your back is facing me." I felt awkward with him doing this,yes I'm living with him,but she's not my dad,he doesn't have to do this.

"No,no. It's okay,I'll wa—" He cut me off.

"No,you will not wait. I can see that they need cleaning now before they get infected. You'll be fine,I am trained in this shit,ya know?" I sighed and did as he said,and he started cleaning the wounds.

"You don't have to do this,it's not like you're my dad,I'm not really yours to take care of." That came out a bit harsher than I meant it.

"I know I'm not your father,thank god I'm nothing like that sorry excuse of a man. But you are my responsibility. You live with me,I'm dating your mother. And I'm not just gonna leave these like this,they'll get infected,I'm perfectly fine with taking care of you,you're like the son I always wanted..." He trailed off at the end of his sentence,but I heard what he said,and it made my eyes widen,I felt Aizawa's hand start to shake for a second while he was attending to my back.
