Boruto POV
I woke up before the sun had even come up yet. It was still quite dark outside so I look over at the clock on my night stand and it was 5am. I sigh and look down to find Sarada next to me. She is sleeping right next to my chest with her hand placed on my stomach. The sight of this made me blush and I notice that she is shivering a bit.

The blanket must have slid off of her during her sleep. I reach down near the end of the bed and pull the covers over her. The shivering stopped and Sarada moved her head closer to my chest and wrapped her arms around me in her slumber.

That's even I wondered something. Why didn't Sarada go home last night? Her mom is probably concerned about where her daughter is and what she is doing. I also don't think that Sarada called her mom to ask if she could spend the night at my house because then my mom and Aunt Sakura would tease us and I know how much Sarada hates that.

I decided to wake her up so that I could sneak her out now and walk her home before the sun rises. That way, Sarada can make it home safe and sound without getting in any kind of trouble. Hopefully Aunt Sakura got off of work late last night. Usually when that happens, Sakura leaves Sarada a note on her bedroom door telling her goodnight. I also know that Aunt Sakura goes straight to sleep after that... fingers crossed that it happened again last night.

I gently nudged Sarada to wake her up and at first she mumbled something and buried her face deeper into my chest. I then tried to gently shake her awake and she finally woke up. She wiped her eyes and yawned before she looked up at me, realizing what had happened the night before. She quickly removed her arms from around me and blushed.

"Good morning, baka", Sarada said to me in a soft voice. "Good morning", I said with my sleepy voice. She ran her fingers through my hair and said, "I don't mean to make you uncomfortable but I thought that it would be best if I stayed with you last night since you stayed with me overnight in the hospital."

I gave her a smile and said to her, "I'm not at all uncomfortable, don't worry. If anything, I feel better with you here." She blushed at my response and then she noticed the time. "Boruto! It's 5am! What did you wake me up for?" I knew that she would react like this when she found out about the time.

"I didn't want you to make the same mistakes that I did so..." I paused in the middle of my sentence and kissed her on her forehead, "...we are going to sneak out." She gives me a smile and hugs me tight as she whispered "thank you."

I start to wiggle out of bed so that we can start leaving but then I hear Sarada whine. "Please just a little longer", she said with a pouty face. I knew we had to leave soon because Aunt Sakura wakes up at 6am and it's about a 15 minute walk to her house. I had no other choice but to carry her out of bed.

I picked her up like a baby and at first she refused to move but I'm stronger than her so she couldn't resist for long.

Narrator POV
Boruto picked up Sarada and put her onto her feet once she stopped resisting and Boruto told her to not move and stay where she was. "What are you doing?" Sarada asked. "Changing", Boruto responded. She blushed and was about to ask another question but she stopped herself because of what she saw in front of her.

Boruto took off his white shirt from the night before and was turned around so only his back was facing Sarada.

Sarada POV
I could not believe what I was seeing. He just- in front of me! Once he had fully taken off his shirt, he turned to the side and walked towards his closet, causing me to see the front of his body. Woah. All of his muscles were breathtaking. I'm surprised I didn't get a nosebleed from the sight.

I'm pretty sure he knew that I was staring but at the same time, I don't think that he cared. He opened his closet doors and took out a plain orange t shirt with the Uzumaki crest on the back, which was strange to me because Boruto never wear orange since he thinks that it makes him resemble his dad too much.

He then closed the closet doors and turned back around and walked towards where I was standing. "What did you think about the view?" He asked with a smirk on his face. I huffed and said, "It wasn't all that." He laughed and replied, "If that's true then why were you staring for so long. It felt like I was being recorded or something."

That's when my entire face got red from embarrassment. He chuckled and put on the clean orange shirt.

I noticed that he was looking me up and down so I had to ask, "What?" Without saying a word, he went back over to his desk and picked his jacket up off of his chair. I thought maybe he was feeling a little chilly but then he handed it to me. I put it on and he smiled at me. "It looks better when it's on you than when it's on me."

How much sweeter can he get?! I wanted to scream on the inside but I managed to keep myself together in front of Boruto. Although, when I get to my room I will definitely be screaming into my pillow and telling ChoCho all about this moment.

"Let's go." He said to me. I raised an eyebrow and asked, "How are we going to get out of the house quietly without Hima and your parents noticing?"Boruto then walked over to the window and opened it wide enough to fit us through. "Ohhh no. Definitely not. I'd rather die than-" I was unable to finish my sentence because suddenly Boruto swept me off of my feet and slid me through the window as if I were a rag doll.

I slid down the roof as I was trying not to scream. I was 99% sure that I was going to die considering the fact that Boruto was still up in his bedroom watching me slide down the roof and I was nearing the ground. I closed my eyes and as soon as I was about to land on the grass, I was stopped.

I then slowly began to flutter my eyes open and the first thing that I saw was Boruto smiling while he was carrying me. I rolled my eyes and he gave me a kiss on the cheek which caused me to blush. Why do I always have to get embarrassed so easily?! He then jumped onto another building with me in his arms without me knowing and I accidentally let out a scream.

"Shhh! Do you want to get us caught?" I squinted my eyes at him and said, "Well maybe if you didn't jump onto a building out of nowhere without me being aware, I wouldn't have screamed. He grinned and I knew that he was about to do something stupid so I mentally prepared myself for what was about to happen next.

"What? I scared you by jumping onto a building? Why would I ever do that?" Once he said that last sentence, he leaped onto another building and I gripped onto him tightly. "Hold on, princess." Boruto said to me with a smirk on his face as he leaped onto more buildings one after another.

Surprisingly, we made it to my house in less than five minutes. I guess he was going faster than usual.

Boruto finally put me down once we got to the door of my apartment. We said our goodbyes and I reached for the handle to the door. But I realized that I had forgotten something. I ran to Boruto before he could leave and turned him around so that he could face me.

He looked shocked until I threw my arms around his neck and smashed my lips against his. I felt him wrap his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him. It was similar to last night's kiss except this time, it lasted longer. We were more into the kiss and deep in the moment. After about five minutes, Boruto pulled away from the kiss and pulled a piece of my hair behind my ear while staring deeply into my eyes. I bit my lip and turned around into the direction of my apartment.

The door to the entrance of my house was very quiet so I slowly opened the door and closed it once I got into my apartment. And lucky for me, my bedroom is the first room to the left once you walk into the house so I rushed into my room and laid down in my bed, hoping to go back to sleep. Although, I knew that it would be impossible and that I would be staying up, reminiscing about my previous actions.
