Boruto POV
I laid in my bed, staring at my ceiling. I wondered when I would be able to see Sarada again. I didn't want to visit her too often because then I would get teased by my family even more and I did not want that. Therefore, I should wait until later to visit her.

After thinking for a few minutes, I heard a knock at the door. I quietly opened my bedroom door to see who was here and as I got closer to the stairs, I see my mom talking to someone. She is looking down to talk to them so my guess is that she is talking to a younger person. My mom moved slightly to the side, just enough for me to get a look at the person. It's... Sumire?

I make myself visible as I walk down the stairs to say hello. I notice that Sumire's face lit up once she saw me. Weird.

"Hey Sumire! What are you doing here?" I ask. She blushed and replies, "I was actually looking for you." Is it important? We don't really hang out and when we do, it's with a group of friends. But this time, it's just Sumire and I. Now I'm eager to know what she could possibly need to see me for.

"Umm.. okay. What did you need to look for me for?" I ask her. "I just wanted to know if you wanted to come and train with me in the forests." Sumire replied, smiling. I nod my head and turn to my mom, "Can I go with Sumire?" I ask her. "Yes, you can go with her. The only thing that you have to do is be home before 8pm." My mom said to me. I smile at her and tell Sumire that I have to go grab my jacket.

I run down the stairs and walk through the door, following Sumire as I say goodbye to my mom. She's still blushing from earlier and it's been at least thirty minutes. Not only that, but she hasn't said a single word to me since we were at my house. The silence started to make me uncomfortable so I decided to start talking.

"So... how far is the spot where we are going to train?" I ask her. We are currently walking through the forests and I'm not really sure exactly where Sumire wanted to train.

"Not too far from here. We should be there in about..." Sumire took a pause after her sentence before saying, "now." And when she said that, we arrived at an open circle in the middle of a bunch of trees.

She walked to the middle of the circle and asked, "Are you ready?" I grinned and nodded as I also began to walk to the the circle, across from Sumire.

I create two shadow clones and she reaches into her pocket. My clones run towards Sumire, trying to attack her by punching and kicking. She blocks their attempts and takes three shurikens out of her pocket to throw at the clones. She hit them both in the stomach and they disappeared.

"I'm not going to go easy on you." Sumire said with a smirk on her face. I grin at her and say, "Yeah, neither am I." I then do hand signs and four shadow clones appear in front of me. They all take a kunai out of their pocket and run towards Sumire.

She does hand signs as well and four shadow clones appear in front of her. While the clones appeared, I jumped up to a tree that was behind me so that Sumire didn't know where I was. Our clones fought each other with kicks and clashing of kunais.

I notice that Sumire's clones are overpowering mine and I quietly jump down from the tree and perform the Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique. (correct me if that is not the name of it) Soon enough, all of my clones are gone and all of Sumire's clones have disappeared as well.

I hear Sumire walking around, looking for me. As soon as I felt her standing right above my head, I emerged from the ground with my fist in the air. The closer that my hand got to Sumire: I started to feel bad for what I was about to do but before I could stop myself, I had already punched underneath Sumire's jaw. She flew up into the air and I caught her before anything terrible could happen to her.

We were in a "dip" position and I noticed how flustered Sumire's face got when I caught her and smiled as I stared at her for a moment. I heard movement in the trees but I didn't think much of it. Sumire began to slowly move her lips closer to mine and I watch her as she does so.

I wasn't going to do anything, I just wanted to see what exactly Sumire was up to. Right before Sumire's lips could make contact with mine, I heard the same noise from before coming from the trees. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a pervy peeping tom or even worse, someone that I know.

So I turn around to see if there is anyone there and I see someone turn around and leap from tree to tree. I notice the clothes and hair. I also noticed those red eyes before they turned around. There's not mistake on who it was. It was Sarada, and she must've seen the whole thing.

I unknowingly drop Sumire and sprint after Sarada as I hear her sobbing. To get closer to her level, I jump onto a tree and jump across trees, fast enough for me to catch up to Sarada. Finally, I jump to the tree ahead of Sarada and I stop her from continuing to run. She sobs into my chest for a moment and then punches me in my chest. I wouldn't be surprised if she stopped my heart from beating with a punch like that.

Her hit was so hard that I fell off of the tree and couldn't get up. I closed my eyes and curled up into a ball while having my arms placed on my chest. Sarada jumped down from the tree and kneaded down to my face.

"Did that hurt", she asked. I slowly shook my head since it hurt to move and she said, "That's how it felt when I saw you and Sumire back there. And to think that you were finally being loyal." She then scoffed and rolled her eyes. I notice that she is about to run off again but I use all of my strength to stand up and chase her. I only walked a few feet before collapsing onto the ground again.

I use the little chakra that I have left to create two clones of myself and I slowly stand up, trying to maintain my balance. I quietly say, "Wind style: gale palm", as my clones prepare to launch me towards Sarada. I think that I regained a bit of my chakra during the process.

Once I reached Sarada, I tackled her to the ground and pinned her down with all the little strength that I had left. We are both staring into each other's eyes while panting heavily.

"That was a mistake. We were straining, Sarada. I punched her into the air and caught her before she could get hurt. She almost kissed me but I saw you run away and dropped her to run after you." She stared at me, breathless. "If you had never seen me watching you, you would've just... let Sumire kiss you."

I see tears starting to form in her eyes again and I explain, "I can be pretty stupid sometimes, dattebasa. I didn't realize what she was doing until she was just centimeters away from my lips." A tear slips out of Sarada's eye and falls onto her cheek. I give her a soft smile and wipe away her tear with my right thumb.

She doesn't move at all. Her eyes continue to stare into mine and the only part of her body moving is her chest as it rises up and down. The movement increase each second and I could tell that her heart is beating fast. I move my face closer to hers and place my hand on her cheek as my lips almost touch hers. Sarada closes her eyes and wraps her arms around my neck, pulling me closer to her. And finally, our lips touch as we share a deep and passionate kiss.

We pull away from each other and she whispers, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have punched you and reacted like that before knowing the full truth." I smile at her and reply, "It's okay. I understand why you'd be upset. I'm just so glad that you're here... with me."

I remove myself from the position that we were in and stand up. I reach my hand out to Sarada and pull her up onto her feet. She pecks my cheek and we walk together, hand in hand. We walk through the village for a bit and I say, "I have a surprise for you." I remembered the food I had saved for Sarada from Thunder Burger. "Where are we going for this surprise?" She asked. I smile at her and reply,
"home."
