Narrator POV
"I was coming home yesterday from a mission and as I'm about to head up to my apartment... I see my daughter making out with the Hokage's son."

Sarada froze.

"And I know he's in your room right now."

Sarada POV
How could he know that Boruto is in my room? Wait... he's going to murder Boruto. And I mean literally murder him!

I stared at him in shock with my mouth hung open. I tried to speak but no words escaped. My dad stood up and began to walk to my room at a normal pace. I quickly got up and ran after him but by the time I had caught up to him, he had already entered my room.

"Papa don't hurt him!"

"I'm only going to ask you once Sarada. Where is he?"

I looked down at my feet and my eyes began to fill with tears. My Sharingan activated and I lifted my head back up to face my father. "I'm not going to fight you if that's what you think k is about to happen." He said to me.

I didn't want to fight him either but if he is going to try to hurt Boruto, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to protect him. Especially if the threat is my own father.

Narrator POV
Saskue turned around in a full circle, looking for places where Boruto could be hiding. First he checked under the bed, then he went over to go check the closet but Sarada threw a punch to his back.

He fell on the floor and sighed in disappointment. Saskue got back up and he saw Sarada in a fighting stance.

"I will not let you lay a finger on him." Sarada said confidentially.

Her eyes were still glowing red but Saskue noticed a change in the design. Sarada had activated her Mongekyō Sharingan. Even though he knew that Sarada would fight him for it, Saskue reached for the doorknob and twisted it.

Once the door opened, he saw nothing but pants, hoodies, shirts, and shoes. "Where is he", Saskue demanded as he looked into Sarada's direction.

"Tell me you won't hurt him." Sarada said, nearly shouting at her father. Saskue turned back around towards the closet and looked behind a rack of clothes to find the Uzumaki hiding. He was shaking and his eyes grew wide with fear. Boruto awkwardly chuckled before Saskue punched his gut.

Sarada yelled, "Shannaro!" And she ran towards Saskue, throwing punches and kicks but he blocked every single one of her attacks.

"I know I've trained you better than this", Saskue said to his daughter. His words angered her and she threw a punch towards Saskue's gut, the same exact way that he did to Boruto. Sarada's punches were powerful like her mother's and Saskue flew into the wall, leaving a slight indent of his shape.

Saskue activated his Sharingan and yelled, "Enough Sarada! Stop this behavior. It's not like you."

"I will do anything to protect my friends. It doesn't matter who I have to fight to do so. That's my ninja way."

Saskue closed his eyes for a moment and said, "Alright then. If it's a fight that you're after, then it's a fight that you'll get. But this is not where we should battle. You know that you're mother would kill us."

Saskue walked out of the room and Sarada heard him open the front door. "Meet me at the third training ground", Sarada heard her father say. And with that said, Saskue closed the door and started his walk towards the training grounds.

Sarada quickly ran over to Boruto and lifted up his head so that Sarada could look him in the eyes. He looked weak and in pain. Sarada picked up Boruto's limp body and placed him onto her lap.

Sarada wasn't very excelling at healing justu but she tried her hardest to do whatever she could to help get Boruto's chakra levels up. She knew that she would need him during the battle. After all, it was supposed to be Boruto's fight but Sarada knew that she could handle her dad better than Boruto could.

After just a few minutes of trying to heal him, Sarada started to see positive results. He seemed to be getting better by the second and after five minutes, Boruto was able to sit up on his own.

"Thank you, Sarada." Boruto said to her while clutching his stomach. "How do you feel?" She asked him. "Better than before. I still feel some pain but it's not nearly as bad as it was before."

Sarada gave him a soft smile and Boruto returned it but then immediately said, "You should get going. And fast. Saskue-Sensei is waiting for you. If you take too long to meet with him he may come back and think that you're making out with me or something."

Sarada nodded her head in understanding and she stood up to leave the apartment.

Before she opened the door, she said, "Don't push your limits until you feel like you are completely healed. You can stay in my room if you want, just don't go through my things. You can eat whatever you want and the remote to the living room tv is in the-"

Sarada didn't get to finish because Boruto interrupted her. "I've been your house many times before. I know where everything is, you don't have to explain everything." Sarada let out a nervous laugh and said, "Yeah... forgot. Be safe!" Then she walked out of the house and went on her way.

Little did she know, she wasn't going alone.

Boruto POV
As soon as Sarada left, I managed to stand up and walk to the kitchen. "Come on. There's gotta be a house phone somewhere. Aunt Sakura talks to Mom over the house phone all the time."

I looked for the house phone in the master bedroom and the living room. I needed to call someone and I knew exactly who it should be. My last place to look was the kitchen and thankfully, I found the phone placed on a stand.

I picked it up and dialed a number that I knew by heart.

"Hello? Aunt Sakura?"

"Boruto? Why are you calling me from my house phone? Is everything alright."

"Yes. Well, not exactly. Saskue and Sarada are about to battle."

I heard Sakura gasp and pull the phone away from her ear.

"Battle?! Over what?"

"Me."

Sakura didn't ask anymore questions and quickly said, "Go. Leave the house and run towards the location of their battle. Tell me where they are and I'll be there soon but until I get there, I need you to help Sarada fight. She's strong but she doesn't stand a chance against him if he uses his full abilities."

I said, "Okay", and we hung up the phone. I ran outside of the apartment while holding my stomach tight. Even though I could still feel pain, I knew that I had to do whatever I can to help Sarada fight.

"For Sarada."
