{chapter 6}

Katara woke up to her alarm going off. She sat up and saw Haru sitting at the end of her bed on his phone. Haru was supposed to leave on Sunday but something came up and his dad couldn't pick him up till Wednesday. "Morning babes." Katara said while rubbing her eyes. "Morning babes." Haru said while laughing. "I'm gonna go to Sokka's room until your done getting ready." Katara nodded and watched Haru leave her room and close the door behind him. Katara took a shower and did the rest of her morning routine. She hopped downstairs to see Haru and Sokka already there. Haru was eating and Sokka was standing by the door holding a croissant. "Come on lil sis we don't have time to sit down and eat we are already late." Katara tuned to Haru. "Why didn't you wake me up if we were late?" Katara asked. "Hey where I live we don't have school for another hour I just assumed you guys were the same. I mean I live far but not that far." Katara rolled her eyes. "And your gonna be okay in the house alone?" Katara asked. "I told you Katara I'm fine." Haru said. "Okay you remember the password to my computer so you can get your class work?" Katara asked. "Yes Katara I'm gonna be fine I have everything I need." "And if any gang members come me and Sokka both have emergency tools to climb out the window In out closets in the safes you remember the codes?" Katara asked. "YES KATARA IM FINE NOW GO BEFORE YOUR EVEN MORE LATE!" Haru yelled while laughing. Sokka and Katara ran to the car and drove to school.

Katara got out the car and started walking to homeroom with Sokka. They saw a group of girls and assumed that it was Aang. When they were almost to their classroom there was another swarm of girls. "Wait there's two." Katara whispered to Sokka. "Yeah that's weird. Usually all the desperate girls stay together. You think they are all simping over another guy?" Sokka asked. "I don't know."

Sokka and Katara made it to homeroom and sat down in their seats. Aang walked in with a bunch of girls all over him. "Hi Katara." Aang said as he passed by. Katara waved at him. "Well that hi didn't sound cocky at all. Just friendly." Katara smiled at her thoughts.

It was lunch now and Katara and all her friends where sitting at their usual table. All her friends were laughing and joking with each other but Katara wasn't interested in whatever they were saying. All day there where two big groups of girls. The usual group that surrounds Aang but there was another one. Katara hasn't seen then persons face yet and she was dying to know who the other person was that could get all that attention and not be the Avatar. "EARTH TO KATARA YOU THERE?" Azula yelled. "I'm sorry what are we talking about?" Katara asked. Toph started talking again but Katara just returned her gaze to the group of girls. Trying to focus to see who was in the middle. Who was the person that was being praised?

"No way really?!" Aang yelled. He glanced at Katara but noticed she wasn't looking at her friends or him. Aang followed her eyes to the group of girls. Aang became angry "That Fucking bastard." Aang mumbled. "Who's a bastard?" Zuko asked. Aang pointed to the group of girls. "I know buddy. Just try to ignore it." The bell rang and Aang got all his stuff together and went to his next class.

Katara was on her way to 8th period class. On her way there she bumped into someone. Causing her stuff and theirs to fall on the ground. "I'm so sorry." Katara said then looked up at the person. It was a tall muscular guy with a sharp jawline with almost golden eyes had brown short hair (like this👇🏽 sorry for the random smiley face I put in there but I was just having a bit of fun with it😅)
