After checking out for my items I closed my rose gold laptop and turned off my lamp.
I sat upright in my bed and slid on my fluffy slippers so that I could go to the kitchen.
When I got to the kitchen I could hear so much commotion upstairs. This is one of the reasons why I wanted a room downstairs because my parents are always moving things upstairs.
I opened my double door refrigerator and grabbed a sandwich I made yesterday that I forgot to eat. When I grab the sandwich I unwrapped it out of the saranwrap and grabbed me a bottled water.
Not long after that the doorbell rung. "I GOT IT MOM" I yelled loud enough so that she could hear me from downstairs. When I opened the door to my suprise it was paula and talia.
"Oh my hey come in.. come in hurry.. soo what caused you guys to show up so randomly.,?"
"I want to start off by saying I'm doing fine now it just took me a while to get back to regular state. Me and talia decided that we are going to go on vacay in a week and we wanted to know If you could come?" Paula said excitedly.
VACAY? Why didn't they tell me earlier? I don't have clothes and my new clothes don't arrive untill next month. Did they just plan this? Without me ? I mean can I even go? This is so last minute.
"Uh well I'll have to ask why did you guys ask so last minute?"
"Well we thought about it last week but we didn't know if you wanted to or not." Paula looked kinda sad
"I can't go I'm sorry I don't have clothes and I have so much to do this week and next week. I haven't even asked my parents and I'm sure they're gonna say no"
Paula and talia looked at eachother disgusted.
"Well we hope you can come but me and talia have to leave byee" Their tan bodies removed themselves from my kitchen and out the door.
I can't belive this I'm being left here. I have so much to do I just can't call it off. My grandma is visiting from Ohio and I can't miss that. This is unbelievable.
I walk back to the island and grabbed my cold sandwich and lukewarm bottled water.
I headed upstairs to see what my parents were doing and again they were rearranging the furniture.
I take big steps back down to my room and shut the door trying not to slam it out of anger. I played some frank ocean on my speaker and began eating my sandwich.
When I finished I threw the ball of saranwrap into my mini trashcan and facetimed malcom. He seemed to be busy at the moment and didn't answer.
