Twenty-three

It was nice hanging out with Wolfy. I felt alive again. I felt like i was slowly climbing out of the darkness and into the light. I was happy even if it was only for a while.

We went store to store and got everything I needed. We also went to the toy shop and brought Rosie a new doll and Zane a dinosaur. I couldnt help but buy them both a new shirt each. Rosie's had a princess on it and Zane's had a dinosaur.

I saw a build a bear store and thought I will have to bring the twins to build one at some point. I have 2 years to make up for.

Lucas said he was hungry so we took the elevator up to the food court. We ordered pizza. Lucas eats most of it as i was full after two slices.

We were about to leave when i hear a formillar voice.

"Hannah" Katie squeales waddling over to me.

Danile follows her closely over to us.

"Hey" i gave her a small smile.

"I would hug you but im about to burst" she giggles standing infront of me.

I miss Katies bubbly personality. No matter what she could make you smile and laugh. She didn't have a worry in the world and Is so care free. I find myself being jealous but at the same time I'm not because I love her because of the way she is.

"Thats okay" i smile a small smile feeling a bit awkward.

"So when were you allowed visitors or are you just ingoing me" she says while placing her hand on her hip.

I gave her a confused look.

"Jason said you needed time to recovered so were not ment to annoy you. He also said your boniding with the twins so we should keep our distance for now"

"He said what" i shout pissed off.

How dare he. Who is he to control my life. This whole time I thought they hated me. I thought they didnt want to see me but in reality Jason told them to say away.

"Katie" i sigh "never listen to Jason, you are alway welcome to come cheer me up".

"I did think it was wired as you alway wanted me by your side when you felt down" her hand went to her chin as if she was thinking.

"Thats because no one can be sad in your company" I laugh causing Katie to laugh with me.

"Sorry to be a killjoy but I better get Katie home and off her feet" Danile said with worry in his eyes.

"Isn't he so cute" Katie grins before kissing his cheek.

They saidgoodbye after that. I sat watching them walk away. Katie turns to give me a small wave so i wave back. Once out if sight  Laucs spoke I turn to look at him.

"Want me to beat the shit out of him" he smirks.

"Down boy no need to be extreme. He's the father of my kids ya know" i force a smile.

"The offer stands if you change your mind" he smirks.

He definitely wants any excuse to give him a beating.

"You ready" Lucas asks from the drivers seat.

"I guess" i said.

Were been sat here for 5 minutes because I didnt want to go inside because I knew i would shout at Jason.

Lucas got my chair out of the boot before opening my door and placing me into it. I had hold of the bag that contained the twins gifts.
