Alexandria Hale POV

I'm going to prove that jerk wrong. I can't believe Caspian would say I can't protect myself!

"60 seconds." Says a voice

I'm a little worried about the arena because I'm wearing a thick coat and hiking boots. So the arena will probably be cold.

"Tributes, please enter the tubes." Says a voice and I step into the tube.

I grab the wall for support as the tube begins to rise. The tube opens up and I look at me surroundings. It's snowing. There is snow all over the place. There is a forrest to my left. To my right is a frozen lake. There is a patch of weeds beside the frozen lake that I might hide in. Maybe I can over throw the cornucopia. But I probably won't be able to.

I look around at the tributes. Caspian is two tributes to my right. Between us two is Beth and Jason. Then I remember I'm not aligning with him.

Gong!

I sprint towards the cornucopia. But it's like running through water. There is so much snow. But I make it to the cornucopia and pick up a small bag filled with throwing knives and Shurikens. I throw it in my back and pick up a backpack. I find a pair of gloves and put those on. I pick up a throwing knife and realize nobody is even here yet. Most of the tributes are running away. I see Caspian fighting with Kevin the career from 1. Kevin takes Caspian to the ground. He is about to stab Caspian but I throw my knife and it sticks into Kyle's head. Kyle collapses to the ground and Caspian gets off the ground.

"Thanks." He says

"Whatever." I say and sprint into the forrest.

Felicia Campbell POV

"Get away!" I say holding up a small knife

Ivan continues to advance on me with a throwing knife.

He jumps on me and cuts my arm. Where is Damon?

I stab him in the shoulder with my knife. He yelps in pain and stabs me in the thigh. Then his body collapses on top of me. I push his body of me and see Damon holding a knife covered in Ivan's blood. He has two packs and a few more knives.

"Thanks. Let's go across the lake." I say

BOOM, BOOM, BOOM, BOOM

"Only four deaths! The Capitol won't be happy with that." He says

Then the blizzard begins.
