Toy story: Jessie's past owner

Toy story, the movie I watched a lot of times. But, what if Jessie's owner in the past was Andy's mom.

So in toy story 2, we see Jessie's flashback of her owner. Jessie's owner has a hat just like Andy's hat, the one his mom have to him. But, why is the ribbon red instead of white, like in the flashback? Since the hat is old, lots of dust made it dirty. Well, Andy and his mom both like the Wild West.

There's stuff that debunk this theory too. Why does Andy's mom can't recognize Jessie? Maybe she hasn't seen it for a long time.

This theory is really looks fake and real at the same time so I'll give a passing score.
