So this was a theory done I found by the Super Carlin Brothers, and it shows a theory about this mysterious girl called 'Emma Jean'. Emma Jean has appeared in two specific Disney Movies. One of them is in Toy Story, the other in Up.
In both movies, we see a postcard from Emma Jean, sent to Ellie and Carl's house. In Toy Story, this postcard is on Andy's cork board, which I don't know why it is there, since it was delivered to Ellie and Carl's house.
So who is this Emma Jean? Is she some sort of relative of Andy's mom and Ellie? Is she some sort of friend? Well, the SuperCarlinBrothers were able to talk to the producer/creator of Up and Inside Out, Pete Doctor.
He asked him a couple questions, but the last question was, "Who is Emma Jean?". Doctor replied that she was one of Carl's love interest before Ellie. Yes, before Ellie. They broke up, but still seemed to be close friends. Ellie and Emma are close friends, and they still talk to each other.
But the other question is, why did this specific postcard appear in Andy's cork Board? Well, the answer is still uknown.
Also, one down side is that fans think that Pete Doctor made that idea on the spot/lying. It is a possibility since he was speaking slowly, and that the postcard was in Andy's room and such. Anyways, I would give this a 6/10
