Pinky and the Brain-Pinky is a genious

Yea, so, every time Brain makes a plan, he always fails. But, Pinky makes an observation to the blueprint but Brain ignores it. Apparently Pinky was right.

In one of the episodes the smarts I think it's called, Brain makes a machine on why his machines keep on failing. Apparently it shows Pinky is the cause of his failing machines. So Brain makes a smart machine so that Pinky will be smart. Apparently, Pinky's personality doesn't change. Pinky finds a problem in Brain's machine on who keeps failing in Brain's machines. It is shown that it was actually Brain's fault in his machines.

When Brain enter a contest in a big robotic suit, it shows Brain can't write his name. And we know now that Pinky knows how to read.

In an episode called Snowball, it shows that Brain went into a machine for him to get smart. But when Snowball, went in, the machine failed. So it maybe means that, Brain just thinks he is smart? He suffers with anxiety BTW.

So in my opinion it is a good theory. Well, Pinky's behavior isn't really smartish. Like saying zort, troz and he doesn't ponder what brain ponders. I do like this theory but sometimes Pinky acts dumb.
