Johnny Bravo is a little kid?

Yikes! I hate Johnny Bravo. He looks... Weird.
Well what if he was just a kid?

There's so much things that approves this theory. Like why would Johnny would be friends with just a little girl and why would he go attend a kid's taekwondo class? I understand he gets hurt every time he gets rejected but he counts them as pain. Johnny lives with his mom. He only wants to date the girls, no marrying nothing else.

Things against the theory is why would Johnny remember a Highschool prom incident, even though he's a kid? And why would he join schooby's team? Isn't a little too young?
