Ash Ketchum in a coma?

I love Pokemon... But I was fine with this theory... JK I'm not fine. Why... WHY.

So basically in the thunder shock, Ash didn't actually was okay.. He got into a coma. It explains why the officers and nurses are all the same in each town/city. And also why he's 10 all the time. And also why their are these creatures living in the world. He's basically dreaming all of these shinanegins.

MEH. I hate this theory.. It might be true. I'm a big Pokemon fan too.. Anyways..
