The last year of high school

The day spent inside

Sapnap woke up first he groaned as it was Saturday early morning and he wanted to have a long lie. He places his head into shelby's hair, around 30 minutes later he rolls over to grab his phone to check the time. He starts liking and retweeting fanarts of him. Shelby wakes up about 20 minutes later and turns to face him. She smiles at him and groggily says "goodmorning sap" she kisses his forehead. He smiles and blushes. He says to her "goodmorning bubba" he kisses her forehead. Shelby blushes and buries her head back into the pillows. They lay around for about 15 minutes and then Shelby decides to get outta bed and gets dressed. Sapnap smiles at her and she smiles back.

Shelby makes her way over to her backpack and rakes through what she has, she pulls out a white t-shirt with a red heart on it, cuffed black jeans and a grey jumper. She grabs everything and makes her way to the bathroom to get ready. Once she's dressed she goes over to where Sapnap is lying and drags him out of bed and onto the floor with a thud. He looks up at her and asks "what was that for huh?" Shelby looks down at him and says "dude c'mon it's almost 11am" Sapnap complains but grabs his blue jeans and a plain orange t-shirt that was lying around and gets ready. Once they're both ready they go downstairs.

Shelby got downstairs first and his parents left him a note on the fridge, she read it aloud to him "be back about 11:30 we just went to get food shopping" with a smiley face on at the end. Sapnap goes over to her and looks at the note and tilts her head up and kisses her forehead. Shelby, Sapnap, Clay and George were meant to be meeting up but George was spending time with his grandparents and family and Clay was busy looking after his sister so they just agreed to cancel. Shelby and Sapnap cuddle up on the couch seeing as it was quarter past 11 so his parents and sister were due home soon. They fell asleep hugging eachother until Sapnap heard the front door being unlocked, he carefully got up as Shelby fell asleep on him and he didn't want to disturb her. He runs over to the door to help his parents and sister in with the shopping. He puts it on the kitchen counters and goes to wake Shelby up. Shelby looks at him and then looks around and then sits herself up on the couch. She gets up and goes to help Sapnap and his family put away the shopping.

Once the shopping was put away Sapnaps dad asks what they want for dinner, Sapnap says he wants some sort of takeaway and Shelby says that she doesn't mind. Sammy comes in asking what's for dinner and her dad says "well your brother wants takeway and erm Shelllbbyy doesn't mind what we have '' he drags out Shelby's name as he's not fully sure if that's her name. Shelby and Sapnap smile at him. They decide to order pizza, Sapnap and Shelby get a pepperoni pizza, his parents and his sister decide to get just get cheese. The pizza came about 40 minutes later, they all ate it in the living room while talking. After dinner Sapnap and Shelby went up to Sapnaps room as Shelby had to study for her Maths prelim wich was on Monday morning. Sapnap decided he was gonna go shower so he said to shelby " hey uhm I'm gonna go shower, I'll be like 10 minutes" Shelby nods and smiles at him. He goes over and kisses her cheek then goes to shower.

After around 40minutes in total of studying Shelby had enough and shut her laptop down and sat on Sapnaps bed while waiting for him to get out of the shower. Soon enough he ran in and picked her up and spun her round in his arms. They then had a spontaneous idea of going on a date, Shelby looks at him then her backpack and then back to him "I don't have anything nice with me" she states. "Hmm what about we just go for a walk by the lake or something?" he asks, she nods in agreement.
