Lyrics:

I'm sorry
Two words I always think
After you've gone
When I realize I was acting all wrong
So selfish
Two words that could describe
Oh actions of mine
When patience is in short supply

We don't need to say goodbye
We don't need to fight and cry
Oh we, we could hold each other tight tonight

We're so helpless
We're slaves to our impulses
We're afraid of our emotions
And no one knows where the shore is
We're divided by the ocean
And the only thing I know is
That the answer isn't for us
No the answer isn't for us

I'm sorry
Two words I always think
Oh after you've gone
When I realize I was acting all wrong

We don't need to say goodbye

We don't need to fight and cry

We, we could hold each other tight tonight

Tonight

Tonight

Tonight

"Shit! Shit! Shit! I forgot to set a fucking alarm." I said panicking as I hopped out of Myles's bed.

I should explain the reason why I'm in Myles' bed. You see, Myles failed to tell me that he only had a one bedroom apartment. I should've checked with him on that before I decided to move out of my amazing guest with a walk in closet. I just have to keep reminding myself that it's best for me not to live there, now I don't have to tip toe around anymore.
Despite having a one bedroom, the apartment had a nice spacious kitchen and living room. There was also an outside porch that was good for two smokers who were staying in a non-smoking apartment building. I didn't mind sharing a bed with Myles, he kept me warm at night.

"What the fuck do you need an alarm for?" Myles asked me half away, then rolled over to the other side of the bed.

"I'm supposed to be at the studio with the boys in 40 minutes." I said scrambling for my makeup and hair stuff in my suitcase.

I should've been smart and unpacked everything last night, so I wouldn't be bundling everything in my arms as I walked to the bathroom. I felt myself shaking a little bit as I rushed to get myself ready for the studio. There was no time for a shower if I was going to make it there on time, so they won't judge me more than they already will.
Instead, I lathered my body with lotion from bath and body works when I was fully dressed, I sprayed a strong scented perfume I usually only save for special occasions. Doing all that is almost the equivalent of taking a shawer, no one will ever know the truth.

"Do you have like a granola bar or something I can eat quick on the way?" I asked Myles from his kitchen, as I was looking through his fridge that was filled with mostly beer and sandwich meat.
