Fiona was consumed by the spell and then was slowly lowered to the ground.
Shrek went over to her.
" Fiona? Fiona. Are you alright?" Shrek asked her as she got up. As she stood up, she was still an ogre.
" I'm fine. But I don't understand. I'm supposed to be beautiful." Fiona told Shrek. He smiled at her.
" But you are beautiful." Shrek assured her. She smiled back at him. Kobe had tears in her eyes as she cried a little with joy. Max wiped the tears away. They gave each other a smile.
" I was hoping this would be a happy ending." Donkey chuckled.
(Back at the swamp)
Everyone was celebrating the wedding for Shrek and Fiona. They broke apart and ran through the crowd to their awaiting carriage which was made of a giant onion. Fiona tossed her bouquet at Cinderella and Snow White in which they both try to catch but ended up in a cat fight. Dragon caught the bouquet instead. Shrek and Fiona walked off as the rest of the guests party. Donkey took over the singing. Kobe and Max waved their hands goodbye at their owner Shrek and Fiona. The ogres waved goodbye at them.
" You know at least we have some money that way we can buy stuff for ourselves while Shrek's away." Kobe whispered to Max.
" Yeah. Now let's dance." Max said as Kobe giggled in agreement. They both started dancing and they lived happily ever after.
