The concert

Part 14

"Come on" Rodrick says very excitedly and running toward the van
"I am, where are we going" you say, getting your bag
"I can't tell you it's a surprise" he says, running back into the house and picking you up by your waist and running to the car with you.
He puts you into the car and holds his hand out in front of you.
"Gimme" You playfully roll your eyes at him and place your keys into his hand. He quickly runs back and locks the door and jumps back into the car.
"I do believe these are yours" he says smiling at you and giving you your keys back.
" thank you" you say sarcastically

You have been driving for about 10 minutes and the entire time you both have been screaming songs at the top of your voice.

He parks the car in a place you do not recognise it looks abandoned. You begin to worry a little.
"Come on, don't worry I'm not gunna kidnap you or anything."
"I wasn't thinking that" (you were thinking that)
"Mhmm okay" he says holding out his hand and you hold it and he takes you into this place
"Ok we're almost there but you've got to cover you eyes"
You let out a sigh and put your hands in front of your eyes. He goes behind you and holds his hands on top of yours
"Gotta make sure you don't peek" he leads you down a pathway of some sort and down some steps.
"Ok, open them" he says releasing his hand.
You gasp "whoaaaaa"
Your stood in the middle of a set of steps in some sort of abandoned gigantic open top arena. There's a massive stage and enough seats to fill a football stadium.
"COME ON" Rodrick shouts you look down and realise he's halfway down the stairs
"Wait for me" you say running down the steps he leads you into the very middle of the arena and you look around it is so big you just can't get over where you are.
He helps you up the massive stage cause the stairs to them look a bit broke so he lifts you up and picks up the mic rested on the floor.
He plugs in two guitars into a big speaker and the mic into the same thing. He hands you a guitar "you play right??"
"Yeah just a bit I'm mainly a drummer but yeah I play the guitar to clear my head every now and again" you say to him
" same I couldn't really get an entire drum set up here so I just brought the guitars" he replies
"So this where you take all your girls then ahaha" you say sarcastically, not expecting an answer
"Actually no" he answers "your actually the only person I've ever brought here"
"What not even your band" you question
"Nope" he says
"Well I feel honoured" you say smiling.
