I Can't Love My Kidnapper

Chapter Eleven

Madison's P.O.V

It's been a few weeks since Harry got shot. He's healed up really well. He can walk again, but I still like to baby him. Our days haven't been exciting. I wake up with Harry, we eat breakfast together, we cuddle and watch tv all day, and then go to sleep together. But what everyone has been anticipating is the arrival of the new girl, Mallori. The boys are going to get her in a few days. Today, they're going to rob a bank. That's gang life for you. Really, I don't care, I just don't want my Harry hurt.

I sat in the living room reading a book. I could hear the boys talking downstairs. I guess they're making a game plan or something. I could hear them all laughing and then feet climb up the stairs.

When Harry came up, he smiled at me and held his arms open for a hug. I got up and ran over to him, burring my face in his chest. I felt him stroke my hair.

"Don't worry love, we'll be home before you know it," he said and kissed my forehead,

"Please be safe, I don't want you hurt," I said pulling away and kissing him gently.

He pulled away and smiled. "I will be,"

I looked over and saw Shelby hugging Louis tightly and Maddie kissing Liam. I knew they both felt the same way I did. We don't want them hurt.

Harry kissed me one last time and then they all left, leaving me with Maddie and Shelby.

"Do you think they'll be okay?" I asked them both.

Maddie smiled. "They'll be find, don't worry. They'll all be home in time for dinner,"

Shelby giggled. "We should make them dinner!"

"Yeah that's a great idea!" Maddie said.

"I can make really good lasagna," I said.

"Let's do it," Maddie said and we got to work.

We had made everything perfect. We had set the table, made the lasagna. Everything was perfect. I couldn't wait for them to be back.

Maddie, Shelby, and I sat in the living room watching a movie. We wanted to keep our minds off things. We didn't want to think about the boys getting hurt. Or worse.

The movie was about to end when Shelby's phone rang. She picked it up and went into the kitchen to answer it. After a few minutes we heard her let out a sob. She came back out a few minutes later, tears streaming down her face.

"Oh my gosh, Shelby! What happened?" Maddie asked. We both got up and went to comfort her.

She broke down in sobs. Eventually she was able to speak.

"Louis was shot,"
