"Don't come back until you find them. We aren't going back empty handed. We go back with them or we don't go back at all." A male soldier said.

They were all spread out in the woods now. More than just the three that had trampled by their burrow.

Even a mile or two in between the camp and the desert that Adora had been trapped in.

The group of four were more worried for everyone in the First One's Ruin. What if they find them? Then we have to go back and get them too. Adora's thoughts raced in her mind as she started panting a bit and Catra was the first to notice.

She scooted over to her and then placed her hand on Adora's, ultimately calming her. Adora took in a deep breath as Catra motioned for her to. She was calm.

Lonnie was still out cold. None of them were sure what to do to wake her up. Or to help her. They weren't even sure what Shadow Weaver had done to her.

Catra and Adora both looked at each other for a second. Catra chuckling a little as tears welled up in her eyes.

She didn't say anything. She just hugged Adora. "I missed you. So much." She whispered.

Adora wrapped her arms around Catra. "I missed you too." Adora said back.

Catra quickly leaned back and looked to Bow who wasn't really giving them much attention. "You have no idea how long I wanted to do this." Catra said quietly.

Before Adora could ask what, Catra already crashed both of their lips together in a passionate kiss. Through it Adora could definitely tell how long Catra waited for this. Adora kissed her back, snaking her arms around Catra's waist as they both laughed to each other a little bit.

They both were on the ground with their backs on the floor, just looking at each other. Catra was smiling.

"What was it like?" Adora asked her.

"Being brainwashed or living that way?" Catra countered.

"All of it." Adora said. She ran her fingers through Catra's now short hair. She missed Catra's long hair but she understood why she had to get rid of it. It made her noticeable. An easy look her way and she would be reprimanded.

"Well at first it was all a blur. Most of it anyway. I guess Shadow Weaver was kind enough to erase the actual process. It was full of getting beaten up. Not being able to do a damn thing about it because of the restraints."

She paused and then looked towards Adora and away from the top of the burrow. Their only cover being some twigs and leaves intertwined with one another, leaving out only a gap of space to see outside.

"I was so scared. I thought maybe- maybe it was all over. I mean- we saw all of those people in the Frightzone. I thought I would forget you completely. I thought there would've been no chance of getting me back."

Adora smiled a little and Catra did too. "I guess I'm more stubborn then anyone else. I wasn't letting you go that easily." Adora told her. Catra nodded and then interlaced their fingers together. "I know."

There was silence for a minute as the only sound that they could focus on was Bow's shoes sliding as he sat down fully.

"I was thinking about leaving. At first, I mean." Catra blurted out.

Adora looked back at her with a confused look.

"When you brought me to that ruin. I was thinking of leaving. First chance I had. I wasn't sure with all the people." She paused.

"Then there was this moment where- where I was up and watching Colin but then I heard you sleeping. And it made me remember all those nights of you just yelling and screaming in your sleep. In the ruin it wasn't as loud but it was enough to make me remember. That's what made me stay. I knew that it was real. That what you were telling me was real."
