"Soldiers! Fall in!"

"You think maybe they would realize if they treated us like actual people that we would actually get to work quicker?"

"Yeah.. well.. I'm sure they're doing the best they can."

Lonnie scoffed at Kyle trying to make light of the situation. He had a habit of doing that, she knew that but she still wasn't okay with it.

These people had destroyed their home and they would probably never see it the way it had been again.

Rogelio said nothing, just putting his hand on Kyle's shoulder as the three of them stepped forward into line up.

"At attention." The general instructed. He looked everyone over and then stopped at one of the empty spots and then shook his head, looking around for the person belonging in the spot.

They didn't come so he continued looking. Lonnie looked over to see a girl run over to the empty spot. A scorpions stinger and pincers on her with white hair. She had never seen her before, but she was the only one of them not in uniform.

The general turned towards her as she made her way towards her spot and then stared her down until she was forced to look at him.

"I'm so sorry I'm late sir, I didn't realize the time." She said quickly.

"Don't let it happen again. If it does, you'll be joining the prisoners. And that goes for the rest of you too!" He yelled at them. He looked down in something in his hands as Kyle leaned towards Lonnie.

"Is he serious?"

"Of course he's serious. We're expendable. They don't care about getting rid of one person as long as they still have an army to go ransacking with."

Rogelio nodded with this, agreeing.

The general looked up and to their direction and they all went silent again.

"This side, patrol the seas. This side, patrol the woods. Middle, go to Brightmoon. Patrol the whole castle. Anyone finds anything, or anyone, bring it all back to base. Let's move!"

~~~~~~~
"Adora.."
"Let's just.. keep moving."
Adora held Catra's mask in her hand as she kept walking. She wasn't going to just leave it. It was all she had left of her.
Bow and Glimmer were walking behind her, letting her lead the way.
They weren't going to ask where they were going. They had no idea. But they knew that mask belonged to someone that Adora cared for a lot. They weren't going to ask who considering it'd probably just make everything worse.
They both stopped when Adora did. She turned her head to face them and then motioned for them to get down.
She was facing them as they did, her back against a tree and her eyes closed.
She heard one pair of footsteps behind the tree. There was nowhere to go. Nowhere that they wouldn't follow her.
She started mouthing to Bow, 'Go. Just run. I'll be fine.' Bow didn't move. He didn't even acknowledge that he knew what she was saying. But he had.
And he wasn't leaving.
Adora turned her head to the side of the tree, seeing the shadow of a soldier walking her way. She readied herself to jump the soldier. She didn't want to but if she didn't have any other choice then she would.
She started to count down and then she saw the soldier. She jumped and she got them. They rolled on the ground, Bow and Glimmer not knowing what to do other then watch.
