Chapter One: Settling Down

My name is Sun, I'm the Pokémon League Champion of The Alola Region, where I was 3 years ago, I'm the same man, I'm not such a lowdown dirtbag anymore. I'm getting married, and I have a kid on the way, I need to wake up, Lillie's probably at work already.

I get dressed in the same clothes I've been wearing the past three years, and I walk into the living room of our house in Iki Town

"goddammit boy, how many times do I have tell you, stop sleepin in so late" a voice said

"it's early Buck, it's 8:00 AM"

"I sure as hell hope that kid a yours doesn't talk back to me like you do" Buck retorted

"it's not the fact that I talk back to you, it's the fact that you don't let me get my sleep"

"eh, believe what you wanna believe friend"

"well, I'm out of here, Buck do me a favor, don't burn the house down, or put bullet holes in it, I'd rather not have to pay for repairs"

"I will, I'm guessin you don't want a shotgun messenger then?"

"no, I don't"

and I walked out the door to see the view of the ocean, no matter how long I'm here, I'm still mesmerized by the view in the same way when I first moved to Alola.

I walk to the trainer's school, and see Lillie teaching a class, a great big smile on her face,

I still can't believe we're getting married

as I walk, I walk to the Hau'oli Apartment Complex, I had visit an old friend, who would be delighted to hear the news. as I walk to the apartment, I wonder what they've done with the place, Hau'oli Apartments suite 287, right here. I knock on the door

"Mon Garcon!" Jules opened the door "Why are you here?"

"I've got some news for you, Jules, you're gonna love it"

Jules stood aside as he let me in, the first thing I noticed when I walked in to the apartment, there were photos of himself everywhere, but that doesn't matter

"Jules, first bit of news, I'm getting married" I said

"MON GARCON, I'VE BEEN AWAITING THIS DAY, WE MUST CELEBRATE!"

"Wait just a moment, I wasn't done,"

"Lillie, she's expecting, we're gonna have a kid,"

"mm, yes, Congratulations to the pair of you!"

"thank you Jules, it's much appreciated"

I was finishing paperwork at Aether Paradise regarding the number of pokemon living there, it's quite fascinating to think I once was on opposing sides to the Aether Foundation.

I heard a knock on my door
