Chapter 27

Percy's POV:

"Guys! Wake Up! Now!" A voice echoed through the house.

I just mumbled and pulled Annabeth closer to me.

The door flew open

"Get up NOW— hey, isn't that not allowed?" Leo questioned.

"Shut up Leo," Annabeth grumbled.

"Get up now!" He repeated.

"Why would I-" I started

"The gods have summoned us," He said in a serious tone.

There was a deathly silence.

"Gods Leo, Rachel's the oracle, not you, no need to get all dramatic on us," I said.

"C'mon seaweed brain, get up," Annabeth said, pulling me out of bed.

I sighed. This is gonna be a long day.

We got dressed and heard a honk.

I stuck my head out of the window.

"Argus! Hey dude!"

We went down and stepped into the van. The hot, stuffy van.

Nico stepped in with Will.

"Hey dude, mind if I come?" He asked.

I grinned and replied "sure dude, hitch a ride."

Will and I had become firm friends, especially since I remembered that he helped save our lives.

Jason, Piper, Leo, Thalia and Calypso stepped in.

Annabeth patted the seat next to her and Thalia slumped down in it.

She flashed Calypso a smile and Calypso smiled back, then shot me an awkward look.

"Aw man! Why do I have to end up on the floor!" Leo complained.

We all laughed.

Calypso shuffled over and Leo sat next to her with a smile, planting a kiss on her cheek.

"You big whiny baby," she said with a grin.

"Everybody in?" Argus grunted.

We nodded and he veered off down the narrow, winding roads blistered with potholes.

We managed to hit every single one. Lucky us.

A/N: I know it's short but I'm still thinking up the plotline, sorry :(
