We enjoy our last day with the rest of the crew. The Stolls definately made the most of it, and by that I mean they tried to prank us in several different ways. I will never speak of it again.

Clarisse softened up and was nice for once (I know, what is going on with the world right now?) and we IM-ed Frank and Hazel to tell them the news.

They said everything was going brilliantly in Camp Jupiter and the fifth cohort had become the most popular one, especially since Dakota the kool-aid crazy had stepped up his game.

I went for a swim with Percy (yes, of course we shared an underwater kiss, how could we not?) and told everyone in the Athena cabin the protocol and what was going to happen whilst I was gone.

"Malcolm, you're in charge," I said. My brother nodded in agreement and opened his arms for a hug.

Alyssa, one of the new Athena cabin people gave me a hug too (She was ten or something, it was so cute).

Finally, after packing, I lay down my head to rest peacefully. Of course, dreams came.

"Percy!" I screamed. "PERCY!" A desperate sob ripped through the darkness. I wanted to find Percy and get the hell out of tartarus. "DON'T LEAVE ME, PLEASE!"

I felt a hand clasp around my arm, and, thinking it was a monster, I took out my drakon bone sword and swung it around blindly.

"PERCY, PLEASE, COME BACK!" I felt a leathery arm grasp my skin. Definitely a monster.

I had no time to swing my sword. She grabbed my arm and bit down hard with her deadly sharp teeth, as I screamed.

The world swiveled and I woke up sweating, tears racing down my cheeks.

I sat up, got out of bed and went outside. I didn't know where I was going, and I felt like I was just walking aimlessly around Camp, until my feet hit soft, velvety sand and I could smell the salt of the sea.

I keep walking and the seawater washes over my feet, starling me with the cold.

I gasp. I'm trying to convince myself it won't happen, but my head gets the best of me, and I tumble down to the floor, crying.

All of a sudden, soft, warm arms come up behind me, and wrap around me. I don't even need to turn around, I know who it is.

"Percy?" I say. He put a finger to his lips and softly says,"shhh. Come on now, give me a hug."

I scoot over to hug him, and he wraps his arms around me.

"Tartarus?," He asks. I nod, and he hugs me even tighter. "You do know I'll never leave you, right?" He whispers softly into my hair.

"I know," I reply, tasting the salt of the tears that are falling down my face. I notice that he is crying too, and I rest my head on his chest.

"Listen to me," Percy says softly,"I will never leave you, you got that Wise Girl? We're in this for long haul." I laugh, then turn around and kiss him.

The kiss is salty, but I'm not sure whether it's from his tears, or mine.

We lay there for a few more hours, and fall asleep together on the beach, me still resting on his chest.

I am really sorry, this is basically a ten chapter cringe-fest but it does get better.
